Called 6 times the past year about the issue with battery

Called 6 times the past year about the issue with battery recall. First 3 times no one there had heard about it, last 3 times no call back. Appts. mean nothing, was there to get the outside mirror replaced and was there 3 hrs. So, I’m trading my 2018 Rav 4 with 26,000 miles in for a newer model soon - at a different dealership.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival then directed to the proper department. We proceeded to test driving the vehicle & proceeded to purchasing the vehicle. The complete process was simple & quick. Thanks, I'll be back in the future.

Terrible customer service from management in used cars!

Terrible customer service from management in used cars!! Won’t call you back! Put discount tires on used car & car vibrates at high speed. Car was certified!! Was told by another Toyota dealer they would NEVER put discount tires on certified car!

Called twice today trying to speak to my service advisor

Called twice today trying to speak to my service advisor and left messages and never got a call back. I've had my Corolla for 27 months and only have 11500 miles on it and the battery is bad . Every time I need to leave or go , I have to get a jump off. Very disappointed.

Don't go to this dealership.

Don't go to this dealership. I went on the website and booked an appointment for my car for oil & lube service. I never got a confirmation back. Booked on Monday and called on Thursday to see if I had the appointment as scheduled for 11 am. The website was useless to find the booking. Went on the dealer chat line and they were very little help. They sent a message to the service dept. I started calling the service dept. at 7 am and until 8:15 am and no one picked up the line. Received a text message from the Sales Dept. that they were forwarding a message to the service dept. Still no response from the service dept. Called the service dept. and they took a voice mail and said they would call back. One hour later...nothing. I sent a text message to the Sales dept. (since they are the only ones who answer) to cancel my appointment (if I had one). I only wanted a confirmation of the appointment, yet their system doesn't allow it. I have been going to this dealership for over 12 years and their service dept. is awful about getting back to you in a timely manner...if at all. I have had it!!!! I am going to another Toyota dealership. Don't waste your time~

Terrible communication and customer service.

Terrible communication and customer service. They were happy to waste 2 days of my time to not complete the work I had an appointment for and didn't have the decency to return my multiple phone calls to their office and the Toyota Brand Engagement Center. In the end, I took my truck to another dealership and had everything taken care of before lunch. If my truck broke down in Bill Penney's parking lot, I'd still have it towed somewhere else.
