Scheduled appointment for 1:15 pm April 17, 2025 for an
Scheduled appointment for 1:15 pm April 17, 2025 for an alignment. Arrived at 1:09pm. Waited until 3:45 pm and went to service desk and no one was there. A guy, that I don’t remember his name showed up. He tried to get in touch with my service advisor, Antoine. But couldn’t get in touch with him. I looked out in the garage and thought I saw my car headed out. It turned as first in line. There were 3 to 4 cars behind mine. I assume my car had been finished for a while. The guy finished my invoice and gave me a 10% discount. My concern with this is my time is important to me.. I don’t think the customer should have to check to see when their car is finished.

I will gladly continue to use Serra Toyota of Decatur. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Paul listened to what I wanted and made it happen! I didn’t have to spend hours sitting around and signing papers, I was in and out within 2 hours at the most. The warranty I received and the complimentary oil changes were a huge bonus! I really can’t express how happy we are with our cars and the whole experience. Thank you!
