Our salesman (Samual) was outstanding.

Our salesman (Samual) was outstanding. He really knew all the features of the vehicle & showed us everything. He was very professional & the entire staff in-house was as well. Very happy!!

We were told the car would be washed.

We were told the car would be washed. It wasn’t. Part under the hood had to be redone. The bumper however was done right replaced and painted expertly. We were pleased with that

It was a very nice experience come for my 6 months

It was a very nice experience come for my 6 months service, starting with the set up my appointment over the phone, and continuing with the site process, the reception of the vehicle, the inspection, all the technology they in this new location is amazing. Then Kim my service representative when further my expectations.

When my wife arrived for the service appointment she was

When my wife arrived for the service appointment she was told no charge. After the service you demanded $200 + for the oil change and filter. You lied, we will not be back and we will buy our next Toyota from Stuart Toyota. Have a nice life and word of mouth advertising is the best advertising.

Great experience at Bev Smith Toyota today, I know I

Great experience at Bev Smith Toyota today, I know I needed tires but with there new video inspections i got to see my vehicle in the air with a great point of view of what I was really rolling around with. I was able to see i was more in need than I thought. With my Filters, battery test, tires and brakes all on display (like I was in the shop with them) brought major piece of mind and trust on purchasing what I truly needed. Thanks again for the great service.
