Fast and Courteous Service as usual

Called my service rep, Dan Sachetti, who greeted me cheerfully with a handshake and had my paperwork all ready to go upon my arrival (I called a short while before I came in and was told that it was a good time to come in for the work I needed to be done). Within a few minutes my Honda CR-V was taken to the shop and work proceeded (regular oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement). It didn't take long and my little workhorse CR-V (145K on the odometer in 4 years) was clean and ready to drive off. I thanked Dan and told him I would see him in 3 months (my normal 9500-9800 mile oil change interval) at which time I would get the recommended AC antifreeze flush. Dealing with Dan is a joy. He is well versed in all aspects of my vehicle, kind, engaging and a joy to deal with. Thanks, guys, for another pleasant experience at Coggin Honda service.

Top of the line dealership

Fabulous customer service that is fast and reasonable. Many say that dealers are more expensive and over priced but I found them to actually be cheaper while containing a better quality! I have not purchased a vehicle from them but when I do Coggin Honda is the only one I will buy from.

Great Service

Aside from the long wait it was a great experience overall. Coffee and snack was an extra plus that was right on time. The rep took great care of my issues and explained every details pertaining to my car issues.

Great Dealership

I have bought several cars from different dealerships and Coggin Honda was the best experience I have had overall. The sales staff worked with you and did not pressure you. The service there is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this dearlership.

Friendly Staff

I came to Coggin for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Andrew Sheinbrecher. He was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I had my 3 year old son and 7 month old son with me and we were able to watch a video in the kids area. This was a nice feature of the waiting area because it made the time go my much faster. I would definitely come back to this dealership!

Excellent dealership

This was the best dealership I have ever encountered. From my sales person, Linda, to my service person, Andrew, there was consistent customer service! Great prices! Top notch sales and service! Would easily recommend them to everyone!

We have purchased 2 CRV's from Coggins over the past 7 years and have had both CRV's along with an Accord serviced there. We are very pleased with the service department in every area. They offer excellent car repairs and check ups and always wash the car when done. They always explain every item in detail and answer any question I have.

very prompt service

My daughter's Honda Civic '08 lost it's power stirring a few days ago so had it towed to your facility.Called your service department and spoken to Mr Modesitt and explain the situation and he assured me that he will attend to it as soon as the car gets there. Then I received a phonecall but I was not home but I happen to be out so I went to Honda/Ft Pierce and discuss what the repair would be...as always your staff especially Mr Modesitt explained to me very well what needs to be done. Since 2008 I have been coming to your facility for service and it's always been a very good experience and the work your mechanics do are excellent.I am hoping that when I am ready to purchase another vehicle it will be at your dealership.From your salesteam to service department offers nothing but excellent service and most of all you sell quality product. thank you, Victoria
