Mr. Reyes (Sales Consultant) is a knowledgeable, very helpful and very patient (with a capital P) with me throughout the whole process of purchasing my vehicle, including working late pass the opening hours to finalize the purchase. It wasn't just Mr. Reyes but other staff as well that expedited the whole process, from safety inspection to cleaning to finance department. I can't thank Mr. Reyes, and Phillips Toyota enough. Highly recommended!

I had seen a vehicle online and went to the lot to see in person. After not being able to find it, I went inside and was greeted by Ryan King. He informed me the vehicle had sold and had another one on property very similar to what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with it the next day. Ryan did a fantastic job on the process of the sale. As a guy who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, I would highly recommend this dealership and Ryan.

We first contacted Phillips Toyota by email to see if they still had a Grand Highlander Hybrid in stock that we could test drive. We were contacted within a half hour & set up a time to make the 90 minute drive to test drive a vehicle. And after making the trip and test driving the vehicle, they were able to find an incoming vehicle (30-45 days) that matched our requirements. We are excitedly awaiting its arrival!!

Started off on the wrong foot and went downhill from there. I was under the impression that this was an internet deal and I was going for a test drive. When I got there I was met be a salesman and the process turned into the old fashioned salesman and manager routine. Right off the bat they said that the car i saw on cars.com was not a Signia Limited but an XLE model....and they blamed this on cars.com for getting it wrong on the website. After, low balling me on the trade value for my 2022 Avalon Ltd. the old fashioned back and forth started with the sales manager. I just came in for a test ride...and had limited time. This was a horrible experience...and I terminated it without going any further. I had bought several other new cars at Phillips Toyota, but sorry to say that my days of dealing with these guys are over.
