Great Customer Experience

We recently purchased our F150 and Zachary Magnum was our sales rep. Even though we found the truck we wanted prior to arriving, the dealer web site was very detailed and specific enough for us to take a chance and drive an hour to visit this dealership. When we arrived the atmosphere was very family oriented and without the "mega" dealer feel, which is great as we want the experience to be genuine and not to be scripted. Zach was an outstanding sales rep and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product, which is rare in most dealerships. The purchase process took a little longer than I would like to have, however the outcome was fair and reasonable for all involved and thankful no rush tactics were used. Zach is a true professional and had a lot of patience and thoroughness of pricing details. Tammy was our financial agent and she also did a great job to not be scripted or robotic. I enjoyed having friendly conversation while signing paperwork and overall felt the experience would lead me to want to come back for post service work and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family.

Impeccable Customer Service

We just purchased our second vehicle from Kisselback. We called Zach Mangum, told him what we had in mind and within a day he had already worked out a deal for us. He was very patient to my wifes questions and demands. We came in to sign for the truck and were in and out in less than an hour. Mike was awesome in getting us in and out of the door. It was the fastest, hassel free car buying experience weve ever had. Zach walked us out and showed my wife how all the bells and whistles worked on the vehicle. He ever took the time to set her phone up to the Bluetooth! Excellent customer service and we will be back soon to pick up my wifes Mustang!!

My first car!

Dealership after dealership, almost all hope lost to getting my first car. I decided to stop by Kisselback Ford since it was 5 minutes away from my home. They had an amazing well maintained facility and some nice friendly faces as well! I sat down with Vickie Albertson. I honestly thought I wasn't going to get a car since all I've heard heard was some outrageous payments that I definitely couldn't afford but Vickie made it all happen. Definitely hands down the FRIENDLIEST sales rep I've ever talked to and she got me my new car with everything I could've wanted! Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out and I suggest looking for Vickie!

Great Buying Experience!

During an Internet search for a vehicle, I discovered a vehicle that I was interested in at Kesselbeck Ford in St. Cloud.. I contacted salesman Jack Pate who I had purchased a vehicle from 3 years earlier. Jack was able to quickly negotiate a purchase price that we had agreed on, and assisted in getting us qualified for financing. The staff at Kesselbeck were very helpful in getting our vehicle insurance changed over to our new vehicle, securing us the best interest rate available, and thoroughly discussed the purchase process and other options with us. It was a pleasure working with Jack, and all the other members that assisted us during this transaction, and I would recommend Kesselbeck Ford for your next vehicle purchase. I would also like to note that the staff was willing , and did work past their closing time to complete this purchase process. Thanks again Kesselbeck Ford.

Used 2010 Ford Focus

I was in need of a used car about a month ago. Jack Pate helped me find a couple of good used cars. He was very nice and not pushy. I bought a 2010 Ford Focus. With the used car warranty, I had a couple of issues fixed with no charge. I am very pleased with Kisselback Ford in general and Jack Pate in particular.

The most pleasurable and professional experience!!

If you're looking for a dealership that takes customer service to the next level and has reasonable pricing, Kisselback Ford is the place. I was in the market for a certified pre-owned truck for some time in my local area and had to expand my search for many reasons. A few reasons to mention were the lack of inventory, poor customer service or high prices. The search eventually took me online (internet) which covered the Southern U.S. until I came across a truck on Kisselback Ford's website. The truck's price, plenty of pictures and description enticed me to fill out the "Request More Info" form. From this point forward, I was amazed by the professionalism and customer service that I received. Within hours, I received a phone call from Dave Q. who answered all of my questions. Since I was driving almost 3 hours to see the truck, I wanted to ensure that I was making a wise decision. After speaking with Dave, I decided to make the drive the very next day. Dave was very informative which made me very confident that this truck would meet my needs. So much, that he had me pre-approved before I even arrived at the dealership the next morning. When I arrived at the dealership in the morning, Dave met me in the parking lot. He immediately took pictures of my trade-in and said, "Let's go look at your new truck." He gave me the key, answered a few questions and let me look over the truck. I appreciated the fact that he allowed me to go through the truck with a fine-tooth comb and did not hover over my shoulder. Not once did I feel pressured by Dave trying to make a sale. He genuinely wanted to make sure that I liked the truck. When he came back, he asked how I like it. I told him I love it and off we went to Tammy W. Once I sat down in Tammy's office, I noticed that she had all of the paperwork completed. This preparation enabled a quick transaction, which by the way, I loved. Honestly, who wants to wait for all of those financial papers to be printed and then have to sign them. :) Not only was Tammy personable and professional, she was the very first finance rep to sell me an extended warranty. Trust me, I've turned down a lot. She made complete sense as to why I should purchase a warranty, especially with the new technology in today's vehicles. What's even more amazing was the fact that I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours of arriving. Also, where else would the sales team and the owner (Mr. Kisselback) come out to say thank you for entrusting them to make the experience of purchasing a vehicle pleasurable. For the record, the next time I'm ready for another vehicle, Kisselback Ford will be first on my list. Thank you Dave and Tammy for your service.

Great Experience!

Kisselback Ford is genuinely friendly and completely honest, throughout the complete process. Sean Echevarria is a great Ford professional who treated my entire family with respect and walked us through every option and even gave us his personal opinions, which helped us decide on our Certified Pre-Owned. I would like to personally thank the entire staff that helped us from Ms. Donna and Todd in Service; Mr. Shawn Kisselback for greeting us and helping; Jean in Insurance for a smooth transaction; Mike in finance was up front and help us save money; and Mr. Bobby Kisselback for thanking us with your entire staff and the end of the purchase. 2012 Honda Crosstour

I would just like thank David Quertermous and Tami for a great purchasing experience. I purchased a used 2012 Honda Crosstour and traded in my 2000 Acura Integra with 175,000 miles on it. I got more than a fair trade in value and a great price on a great used car. The staff was more than accommodating. I took the Honda out for a nice drive and the entire car, wheel wells and engine bay where immaculate. I purchase a Carfax before I bought the car so I had a complete car history. I am more than happy with my purchase and will steer anyone looking for a new or used car to Kisselback Ford. New 2016 Ford Edge- Lease

I am absolutely in LOVE with my car (2016 Ford Edge Titanium Edition). It truly is the perfect vehicle for me and my lifestyle and I am no longer afraid to drive to work since I know I am in a safe, reliable car now. I honestly thought I was just going to test drive it on Saturday as I was only beginning the process of looking for a new car, but as soon as I got into it I knew it was "the one" and didn't have to look anywhere else. The Kisselback team's service, guidance and knowledge was amazing and the entire process painless. I've never been in a car dealership before where everyone was so friendly, helpful and didn't feel any pressure. I will definitely tell all my friends looking for new vehicles to come to you guys!
