Best Honda Dealership in Florida

I drove from Fort Lauderdale FL to Homosassa FL to buy my Honda from Love. In fact, this is the fourth car we've purchased from Love in the last two years (our entire family). I did the majority of work over the phone and was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. I know I get a fair price and outstanding service. I wouldn't buy a Honda anywhere else.

This is our first Honda. We love the Pilot Touring AWD...

This is our first Honda. We love the Pilot Touring AWD because it handles so well in Florida and in the mountains east of Asheville. Our first service/minor warranty visit went extremely well , thus the five star rating.

Jodie was very nice and service was good. The only negative thing is no matter what Honda dealer I go to I always need new air filters! Either Honda makes poor air filters or it's a up sale every service writer does!

the nicest staff!

I was pleasantly surprised with my service at Love Honda. I bought my pre owned civic from them a few years back, and decided to go in now to see if I could potentially get some sort of upgrade. My salesman was Lance, and he was nothing short of amazing! He was very personable, he listened to my wants, he was determined, knowledgeable, and most important, he was kind. He wasn’t one of those intimidating salesman that make you not want to buy a car! He worked with me for hours trying to find the perfect fit to make me happy. I ended up leaving without a car, because of my own circumstances, but I highly recommend meeting with Lance if you want to buy a new car! You won’t be disappointed!

Lied to

I was shown an air filter for my 2014 Honda Accord EX and told it was mine. it was beyoond filthy. However, I told them that I had an extra one home and would change it myself. When I got home to replace my filter, I discovered that the filter in my car was barely dirty at all. Love Honda basically lied to me and showed me another filter to entice me into buying one from them for $40. Now, candidly I wonder whether the cabin filter, which I did purchase for $45, also did not need to be replaced. I have lost faith in Love Honda. I do not do business with companies who lie to their customers. Shame on Love Honda!!!!

Service was as usual spot on.

We have been dealing with LOVE Honda for the 27 years we have lived here. We have had at least 23 Hondas since starting with Honda in 1986. We have bought and had our cars serviced at LOVE. It's the neighborhood dealer.. We know Chad since he was a kid.. He grew up under our eyes. We miss Glenn Stein since we had been dealing with him for years. He, always, told us what was up and got us in quite promptly. We now know we have Frani to help us and Jodi too.. So, things change and service is still great.. We are very happy with Rick and the service person that took care of our FIT the other day was spot on. Continue, we'll be back when my husband is ready to trade which could be any day.

Excellent service experience

Brought the CR-V in for regular maintenance (Code B1). Service advisor was friendly and well informed. Service was completed in about 90 minutes. No pressure to purchase unnecessary service items. Great service experience, highly recommended.
