Sales consultant Nick is such a troublemaker! I went in Saturday for an oil change and left in my third CRV I have bought from him. He suggested I consider a hybrid this time. He knew my wife was not crazy about the Canyon River Blue CRV we were having serviced. We negotiated several times and Sean stepped in and asked if he met my price would I sign and drive the 2025 Meteorite Hybrid CRV. Deal done. Dealership is very personable and Justin the F&I manager handled the closing quickly and smoothly. When I am ready to trade for CRV #4 I will go see Love Honda.

Sales consultant Nick is such a troublemaker! I went in Saturday for an oil change and left in my third CRV I have bought from him. He suggested I consider a hybrid this time. The sales staff are shifty.
The sales staff are shifty. Leah Stapleton (BDC rep) convinced me to drive a considerable distance with the promises of high trade-in offers coupled with MSRP plus dealer fees ($898) pricing. I had already been to the local dealership and knew what they were offering. I had a great test drive experience with Josh Thonen and then received an initial offer. It was several thousand dollars higher than what Leah had indicated (because of “all the extras the dealer had added to the car”), did not include a great trade-in offer and was notably higher than the offer from my local dealership. After a lengthy discussion, the sales manager, Justin Snyder, made me a lower offer. After some soul searching I said yes to the offer. He then told me he didn’t know if the GM would agree to the price he had offered me. When I challenged him on this, he said he offered that price “to see if he could get me to say yes’”. He then “made a phone call”, came back and sad the best he could offer was about $1,000 higher than the price I agreed to. Needless to say, I did not buy the car from him.

I always have received great service and a complete explaination of what was done. I usually have Jody Brody as my Service Rep, who is wonderful, however I met Laurie and she was fine. Service was performed , car was also washed! I always have had exceptional service at HONDA for my Accord

They sell you extras at a crazy price.
They sell you extras at a crazy price.. A extra that their service department will charge you $210 for. Love Honda charges $499… I didn’t pay attention and I’m out about $2,000 for future oil changes, nitrogen in my tires.. locking lug nuts, and other crap I specifically told them I don’t want… Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and my opinion is they lie and cheat

I got a notice that my tires were all low, needed
I got a notice that my tires were all low, needed immediate attention and oil change , regular scheduled maintenance was needed now. I just stopped in; I was attended to immediately by Laurie and my car was updated and I had it detailed as well. I was kept posted on its progress; everyone was very pleasant and the work was fantastic. Almost didn’t recognize my car it looked as I good. This is a great dealership to do business with!
