Quality Service
Quick and professional! May have been a lucky day because I didn't know the cause for my check engine light was that I needed to replace a part, so when I took it in to service and they discovered the faulty part, they fortunately had a replacement in stock. Was in and out in 3 hours.

Worse Experience!
Been trying to schedule my recall repair for months. Called the day before and confirmed with the parts manager that everything was good to go. Show up for my appointment, kept waiting for 45 min after my appointment time only to be told that the part isn?t there and they can?t perform the service. This isn?t the first bad service experience.

Some things never change
On receiving a letter from Mercedes that they were ready to replace defective air bag, I contacted service dept to schedule an appointment. I was told someone would call me back. A week later with no return call I called back and left a message for Steve, one of the service managers. A week later with no return call I called back and left a message for Kevin the other service manager. After a couple of days and no return call, I called and spoke with GM Sudhir. While he did resolve the issue that same day, he attempted to minimize the lack of response by stating that Steve had taken a couple of days off (yet 2 weeks later he never called).
