I've only worked with the service department so far but I found them to be honest, courteous, empathetic, efficient, and they don't use "hard sell tactics". The Assistant Service Manager - George Pinegar is an asset to the dealership and is the reason I've converted to a loyal Gettel Nissan customer. There's another Nissan dealership closer to my home but they don't come close to the caliber of Gettel Nissan.

They always fix the problem the first time and the service reps are always courteous and keep me informed on how the job is coming. I have great confidence in All of you.

My Car being Serviced at your Dealership went far beyond my Expectations! I brought my Car in on the Hood Latch Recall and was advised that there were three more Recals. Laura the Assistant Mgr. took care of everything for me. She went far and beyond to make sure that I had a Rental Replacement if needed or and Uber. I chose the Rental. I wasn't expecting the Video which was awesome! Gettel Nissan I would recommend highly for Sevice.
