Shockingly Unprofessional — A Complete Waste of Time

Shockingly Unprofessional — A Complete Waste of Time Today, I scheduled an appointment and drove 2.5 hours to see a specific vehicle expecting a professional, prepared experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the WORST dealership visits I’ve ever had in 45 years!!! Upon arrival, the salesperson greeted us but clearly did not know the vehicle, how to operate basic features like lifting the rear seat, or even the correct engine — she said it was supercharged when it was actually turbocharged. The only feature she could discuss was the display screen. Nice person but lacking knowledge. Very limited information about the vehicle or preparation of the vehicle, not even washed. Then we discovered the vehicle had NO gas, and when we asked to test-drive it, the salesperson actually said we could “just drive it around their PARKING LOT.” WHAT?? After driving 2.5 hours for a scheduled appointment, being told to test-drive a vehicle in the dealers lot was unbelievable and completely unacceptable. Pricing was another major issue. The vehicle had been listed at $44,000 for over a week. The morning of our visit, the price suddenly showed $46,000. Only because I had a screenshot did they “honor” the $44,000, and even then they insisted this was a “deal.” They refused to budge beyond that, despite repeated requests. I had asked them before the appointment to get quotes for a tonneau cover. This wasn’t done and it seemed to be an annoyance for the salesperson. They presented a retail quote and said that was the price given to them from the parts department telling us they are a separate department like they were an external department…so bizarre!!! The vehicle history was reluctantly shown and scrolled through quickly although there were service notes. We asked to speak with the sales manager, who was cold, dismissive, and unhelpful. Despite Black Friday “lowest price of the year” promotions and free giveaways coming up in a couple of days, the dealership refused to negotiate even $500. After back-and-forth discussions, their final “offer” was $62 off, which was insulting after the time and effort we invested. After this entire experience, we walked. Another 2.5 hour return drive. The customer service, professionalism, and transparency were far below expectations. I hope the General Manager, Rocky, reads this review, because this dealership clearly needs to improve its staff training, preparation, and respect for the customers’ time. They just don’t get it. Please do yourself a favour, go elsewhere!!!

I recently dealt with Evan Warner to resolve an unusual

I recently dealt with Evan Warner to resolve an unusual and perplexing problem with my Toyota Sienna seat. He was extremely friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave some real thought and attention to figuring out a creative solution. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment and respect I received from him. It is obvious why he is the service manager and he is the major reason why I will continue to e a ,loyal Toyota customer.

If I could leave less than one star I would.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I experienced the worse service. We went online, found a car we liked emailed with them, made an appointment, drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to the dealer and they told us when we arrived that the car was just sold. We texted them when we left for the dealer and texted them when we were 20 minutes from the dealer. There was no consideration for our time or the drive we made. Sales manager was super condescending, stating at one point that they had sold 41 cars today. Honestly, I don’t care if you sold 1 or 50, my time is more important. Horrible customer service, lied about what they were giving for the trade

I would never recommend or refer someone to this

I would never recommend or refer someone to this dealership. We went in on June 3, 2025 and put a $500 deposit down on a Toyota Corolla Cross. We were told by Avery the car would be on Friday or Saturday. We went back on Saturday because the salesman does not call customers back. It was not in. I emailed salesman Joe on Monday and was told by email back the car would be in on Tuesday. I emailed him Tuesday with no reply other "it will be in later and he would contact us when it got in". At 4:32 PM I called and left a message the deal was done and that we would be back the next day for our deposit back. At 4:54 PM Joe EMAILED to congratulate us on our next car. So he does not listen to voice mail or call customers back. We went back the next day and Joe was off. Mind you this was his second day off since we were dealing with him. We spoke to Avery the manager and as cocky as can be he made us go to our bank to get a copy the check was cashed. We went to the bank, got the copy of the check that showed "for deposit only" and he told us that was not enough proof. 17 day later and after multiple calls we got our money back. This is the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate car dealership I have ever death with.

This review is for the Body shop.

This review is for the Body shop. Horrible service. I wish I could leave a zero star. My car has been in this shop since the 1st week of April for repainting & replacement of side mirror due to accident. Was told should be done in 3weeks. One excuse after another. Finally 1st week of June we were told car was ready only to arrive & find it was missing parts. They had no idea what happened to them so they had to order replacement parts. Then a few days later the parts arrived then they said they ran out of bolts! Had to order them! Today June 11th, Eric said it was “triple checked”. Within a few minutes I find a significant flaw in the paint. We had just returned our rental we have had since April so we decided to drive it home to check it out. We have to take the car back again next week, get another rental & wait for God knows how long. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Outstanding i had my Rav4 in for its check up.

Outstanding i had my Rav4 in for its check up. From the time I pulled my car in till I left everyone spoke politely and positively I would like to hilight 2 persons however. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I explained that I didn’t understand some things relating to the screen with the maps, contacts etc. She immediately had Kiko Mayes come and help me. He was very polite, positive and cheerful. He took time to explain things to me. Thiugh all the staff that I had contact with were good these two, Monica and Kiko were outstanding
