Lincoln Navigator.

Just bought a Lincoln Navigator. Tony and Tony where great and made the transaction smooth. Tony helped a lot in getting the discount for disabled Veteran.

Great Dealer for Vets

I was sold on a Hybrid, a Ford Motor Company Hybrid. They sponsor a buying program for disabled American veterans. The price is set in stone by the manufacturer and there can not be any deviation what so ever. There are two Lincoln Dealers near. This is the company that did not try to deviate from the program to garner additional profit. I am most thankful to their sales staff for their patience, and courtesy considering the pricing and loss of profit; especially my sales rep Roman. Again I thank Ford for the program but Alex Karras for not attempting deviation.

MKC Delivered!

Another flawless transaction. I have been dealing with Alex Karras since moving to SRQ in 2003. Service is GREAT! That is why I keep coming back!

My lease ended

Just turned in my MKX and drove away with a new MKX. With less than a day driving the new car I can tell you I am loving my car. Opening the back with only a swipe of my foot is going to be so handy! Removing the welting on the driver seat will make long trips a lot more comfortable. And I love the new screen!

Lerase End

I turned in my MKZ and picked up a new MKC. I am very happy with the vehicle. Even with hurricane Irma raging, my lease rep, Jerry Carroll, obtained the new vehicle, prepped it, and stored it until the hurricane passed, then delivered it in a professional manner. I have always had exceptional service from Alex Karras Lincoln, whether it be leasing a vehicle or servicing that vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vehicles and service.

Downsizing!

We are coming out of nine years driving an MKX and have opted for the MKC. This experience is new to us and with only a few days behind the wheel I will hold judgement until I have time to drive this vehicle around town and on the highway. It has all that the X had but time will tell on the four cylinder,transmission etc.We loved those three X's we had. Tell of the tape will be when I bring it in for my first service appointment, I will know by then. Thanks to Roger Young and the informative Jerry Carroll for their knowledge and expertise on schooling us on the MKC. Always a pleasure doing business at this dealership. Entire experience was professional, courteous and relaxing. From our fist visit to look at vehicle options, thru the test driving and signing the experience was outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership.

Service not ordered, long wait to get car back, not happy

Went in for a oil change, told the service writer I did not have time for a service recall, plus everything was working okay, it was a headlight switch, I spent two extra hours waiting for my car, tried to use there website to complaint but no way would they let me post my complaint, they had a disclaimer that did not allow me to tell or post my disappointment with there service department
