Steven Bawcum
Steven Bawcum was excellent; probably the best Service Advisor I have had with this present lease, since Al Whittington left the dealership. I did not arrive until 4 PM (without an appointment), and he made me feel welcome and not rushed. I forgot that the Service dept closed at 6 PM. I needed to get the battery posts cleaned asap. Most companies would act over burdened if someone shows up at end of day on a Friday, but Steve was as friendly, energetic, welcoming, and caring as I could ever expect at any time of the week without an appointment.

Ann Marie Roebuck has worked with me for more than a decade. She is the ultimate professional, I have never had cause to complain when dealing with her. I find it interesting that the two people who have most impressed me at Germain Toyota have been women...Trish Cano and Ann Marie. I am sorry that both will not be there for my next visit.

Ok, but again took longer than estimated . Whoever washed car, then got in car with wet and dirty footwear. I had to vacuum myself when the rug/car mat dried.

Integrity in the Service Department
I had some work done on my 2008 Camry XLE and, in the process, the air-conditioner refrigerant line was nicked, causing it to leak out after I had driven the car a few miles. I called my service advisor, Ann-Marie Roebuck, who told me to bring the car back in the next day. The service technician who did the original work found the problem, but they were not able to fix it that day. I had planned a trip for the following day, so Ann-Marie gave me a loaner for the trip. Although a mistake was made, it was quickly admitted and rectified. I am very impressed with Ann-Marie's integrity and knowledge and will remain a loyal customer.

Buying a new Car...
I don't know why, for sure, but I seem to get nervous before I go to buy a new car. I don't look forward to it, it seems like an ordeal. Like I am going to loose the price argument, I will have to just get up and leave.... All that time wasted. This time we worked with Eric Hart. He was pleasant, cheerful, easy to work with. We worked out what his new Seinna was worth and what my old Sienna was worth. After we concluded the deal, Eric was very helpful. He knew our new Sienna, and helped us understand how everything worked.
