This seller has been on Cars.com since August 1999.
For over forty years the Scanlon Family has been serving Southwest Florida. With the purchase of a Lincoln Mercury dealership on Fowler Street in 1980 John Scanlon began building his family business with a strong focus on being employee oriented customer driven and community conscious); treating all with respect honesty integrity and dignity. Today John and his son Jay continue to build upon that same foundation within the Scanlon Lexus & Scanlon Acura dealerships both now located south on Tamiami Trail / US 41 in Fort Myers.

The entire experience was painless.

The entire experience was painless. Kurt Anderson was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Kurt listened to my wife and I, answered all our questions and diligently worked around the couple of snags that popped up. Scanlon is very fortunate to have a sales consultant like Kurt. Likewise with Frank Celozzi when it came time to sign the papers. We laughed and told stories about our Italian families. It was an all around pleasurable experience. I have already recommended Scanlon Lexus to two of my neighbors who are looking to upgrade their vehicles this spring.

Be sure to ask for Kurt Anderson. He is the BEST! Friendly, knowledgeable and a overall nice guy. He'll even help you get the best deal. Check him out when you're ready to buy .

I was told when they called , that they were willing to

I was told when they called , that they were willing to go 13 on truck , when l got there the whole story change then they wanted 14 , the whole thing was deceptive, never even bargain we me, sad

Sorry for the confusion, Luis. Our sale price was $11,994, plus our $899 Dealer Fee. That did not include tax and tag, which everyone must pay to register a vehicle. You kept offering less than our already low market value price, we ended up selling that unit at the auction for even more than our retail asking price. It didn't make sense to accept your price when the market was paying more for that unit. It really was a GREAT deal we were offering.

Two things stand out.

Two things stand out. Drew Williams was amazing! He went to unbelievable ends to find us the car we wanted. He was straight with on every topic and question. Second, everyone we met at Scanlon was polite, interested and helpful. We’re on our 80’s and have bought a lot of cars. This was the best experience ever!!!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. We purchased our 2018 Lexus RX350 from another great dealership, but since our warranty expired, we decided to take it to Scanlon because it is close by. Our service advisor was Glen Conway. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He went above and beyond for a guy with an older vehicle that wasn’t purchased at Scanlon. Glen is a perfect example of exemplary service with a friendly and inviting personality. We will now go to Scanlon for all our service and possibly a newer vehicle when needed. Give this man a raise. He’s worth it.

I bought my car back in November 2023 with the help of

I bought my car back in November 2023 with the help of Ian Paton, one of their great associates. Today I went for a complimentary car wash and my dad is now interested in purchasing a car there, once again Ian was there and answered all my questions, gave advance, and even contacted me later to follow up on a question he didn’t have an answer to earlier in the day. Now that is some good quality service. Look forward to working with him in the future!
