Michael "Bear" Graves was my sales rep. He assessed my needs from the info I gave him and provided me with options that gave me what I wanted within the price range I could afford. He made sure I was familiar with all the specifications of each vehicle so I could make an informed decision. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. After I chose the vehicle I wanted he basically took the ball from there & I just had to sign the dotted line! Once my car had been detailed and was ready to go he walked me through all the car's features and showed me how to use the many options of the sound system, the driver console display, and the OnStar system. Even helped me through the OnStar setup. I was very impressed with "Bear" and intend to recommend him and Victory Layne to anyone who tells me they are looking for a new vehicle.

Work was performed in a timely manner. Good work. Thanks! All 3 new windshield wipers blades,rotate & balance tires & wheel alignment.Perform a multi point vehicle inspection,everthing done in an hour and a half.

When we were on the road home, we realized we could not set the trip odometer~~it was stuck on the total mileage. Also our ongoing MPG readout was set at 36.4~~no way is that possible! We had an appoinment and it took only about an hour.
