The sales team were very helpful.

The sales team were very helpful. The vehicle I purchased only had one key. I was not aware of this before I was sitting in the Sales Manager's office. He agreed to help me get another key and stated that he would call me the next day. Almost a week later and the call has still not come. I sent him and the sales associate an email inquiring about it. The sales associate responded that the manager was on the thread. The manager never did respond. Disappointed!!

I tried to call and asked for the General Manager as no name was given.. I was told the General Manager was unavailable. I asked to leave a message and was told someone else would help me instead.

Great buying experience!

Great buying experience! Domingo, Austin, and Scott were all incredibly helpful! I would recommend purchasing a Toyota here. I had a hard time, figuring out how to use some of my new features and Domingo was more than happy to help me the next day and got everything squared away.

I’ve been communicating with the dealership for several

I’ve been communicating with the dealership for several months. We decided to purchase when the 2023 RAV4 came in. We purchased an XLE and we’re happy with the sales associates, Mo & Garrett and their communication. Their pricing is MSRP, unlike several other dealers that are gouging people.

Peter from AutoNation Toyota was hands down one of the most Professional and knowledgeable Sales Consultant that we have come across for some time. He was a pleasure to speak with, was respectful of our time so we were in and out in a timely manner. He addressed all my concerns at delivery and even offered to go over features again at a later date if I forgot. Definitely would recommend him for your new car purchase.

Had a appointment at 9:00 am.

Had a appointment at 9:00 am. When I arrived, I was told that there was a three hour waiting period. Also that a appointment was to get you in the door. This practice is ludicrous by the dealership with no respect for the customer. Finally received my car back at 2:00pm.
