Great experience

Troy helped me trade in two vehicles for one. I told him everything I wanted (Make, Model, interior color, exterior color, and additional features) and he was able to find it for me. Great experience.

Johann is the man

I found a Jeep Liberty on the internet, I called the number and it was Regal Auto in Lakeland Florida about 80 miles from where I lived in South Sebring Florida. The internet sales associate was named Troy, Troy is the reason I drove 80 miles to see the car he was very helpful and called me a couple of times to see if I was still interested. When I got to Lakeland Troy met me and introduce me to Johann the sales associate on the lot. I was not crazy about the car I initially went to Lakeland to see... I was very disappointed, Yohann took off on foot looking through the lot (I was looking for a car $5,000 or less in their wholesale lot) Johann motioned for me to come over to look at a car four lanes away.(another Jeep Liberty) ! we took a test drive I even checked out the four-wheel-drive, everything was great so I wound up buying the car, a 2005 Jeep Liberty 4x4. Everyone at Regal especially Johann we're great... They treated me as if I was as important as someone buying a $30,000 car! They actually did not want me to take the car until the following day because they wanted to detail it and check it to make sure it was a good car since it was in the wholesale lot. I am a 69 year old guy on Social Security ....they treated me like royalty! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT REGAL LAKELAND. Jeff Clarke

Terrific car buying experience!

Good experience

Help with leasing a new car

I was looking for a new car as my lease was up. I wanted a 2019 and for 10 years I shopped at the same dealership, but decided to look around. I walked into the dealership and was assisted by Cody and then Ken to seal the deal. Cody was attentive and very helpful and Ken was able to put the finishing touches on the deal. I'm happy that I looked at other dealerships and looking forward to a long term partnership.

Regal Honda & Brian Guse

This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in the last 50 years. Our salesman, Brian Guse, was outstanding. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. Brian made my wife and I feel he really cared about us and that he wanted to build a long term relationship rather than just sell us a car that day and then get on to his next customers. I was also very impressed that Regal had hired Brian who had retired from the Air Force after 25 years of service. Brian was very pleased to be working for such a family oriented organization as Regal. Finally I received a very fair price on my purchase of my 2019 Honda Odyssey EX.
