We had an EXCELLENT experience at Regal! We received clear and concise information on the vehicle I was interested in. Michael Hughes the sales manager had all of the paperwork ready to go, no hassles, and delivered a wonderful experience. We were traveling with 2 kids and an infant so speedy service was a must!! They had cartoons ready to go to entertain the kids as we filled out our forms. Pedro the finance specialist was quick and ready to entertain the baby when mom and dad needed to sign papers. Michael Boswell the salesman was able to show us all of the new bells and whistles on our new ride and answer any questions we had. We are more than pleased with the welcoming family oriented attitude the entire team had, as well as the no hassles speediness of their team! Top notch customer service!
