Went out to test drive the 4MATIC SUV and within 10 minutes we were convinced the car was for us. I worked with Jim from across the country to make my purchase. He was helpful and responsive, and everything went incredibly smoothly, especially considering it was a long distance purchase. Marc helped us get the financing squared away, even arranging a public notary to come to our house, at our convenience, to sign all the paperwork Jim was on vacation the day I arrived to actually pick up my vehicle, but his co-workers Tony and Tony were wonderfully helpful. They brought the vehicle to the airport to meet us, sign the last couple of papers, and then we were on our way. They went out of their way to make the process as easy for us as possible and got us on our way quickly. I was greeted at my car and shown into the service area. It is sparkling clean and spacious. I was offered bottled water and everyone was warm and friendly. The process was efficient and I was on my way quickly. My service advisor Ryan Yeomans was professional and called with an update. Picking up my car was also easy, efficient and a very pleasant experience.

The experience we had with Jim Smith at the new Crown location was fantastic!! We typically don't purchase Powerline Drink vehicles on sight because of all the back and forth bargaining that can happen but as we grow our brand we will recommend our distributors to come here even from out of state...it was that great!! Jim was straight to the point and we went in and picked up our new Sprinter in record time. It was hard to believe how easy and smooth things went. The finance person, Marc Israel was so easy to work with as well and he had a great sense of humor. We recommend coming in from anywhere in the country to experience this one of a kind location and experience!!! We will be going back here to purchase our fleet vehicles in the future!!

Patrick McFarley has been handling my service appointments for sometime. He is conscientious and alerts me to any issues regarding my vehicle. Usually Carlos makes sure I get a car wash before leaving, has there been a change? I use to see his smiling face upon arrival/leaving. the dealership. I’ve only dealt with Edmonds for a loaner but he was professional and kind.

Susan Cardozo is amazing. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and one of the reasons that I am still coming here for service. Susan keeps you informed about the status of your vehicle while there and goes above and beyond to get things taken care of promptly.

Ryan Yeomans was excellent with me & my car. He went above & beyond. About a couple of days after leaving, I called & was told by him to bring car in at my earliest convenience. When I arrived, he came right out, showed me what I was doing incorrectly. I am extremely pleased!!
