Working with Zoltan Krempaszky was an amazing experience. This was my first time buying a car and Zoltan changed my perception of car salesmen for the better. He treated me like a friend from the moment we met and never once did I feel pushed or pressured into buying a car. He made me feel like he understood how big of a decision I was making and that he wanted me to be as equipped as I could be in making my decision. I ended up buying from him and he gave me his personal number in case I had any questions and sure enough, the next day, I had a question and he went above and beyond and took time out of his lunch break to answer my question and help me. Patrick McFarland demonstrated exceptional professionalism when I was at Crown Eurocars recently. I had a headlight burn out literally only a few minutes prior, and without hesitation, he initiated a service visit to replace the headlight, thusly ensuring the safety of my Mercedes SLK 350 on the road. I am most indebted to Patrick!, During my visit, my wife texted me and told me how happy she was that I took my car into Crown Eurocars immediately for service instead of waiting, and she knew that, as always, I would be taken care of by the wonderful staff. I have bought Mercedes for years and I will only go to crown! The service especially Pat McFarland is amazing. Hes very knowledgeable and quick and also honest about services and prices for your car. He makes it so easy and comfortable when leave your car. I will continue to buy cars with him working in the service area.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I make the exception when truly merited. I'm a long time customer of Crown Eurocars but until now I have only worked with Charlie Apple in the service department. It's because of Charlie that when my wife wanted a new car I looked to Crown as my first choice. Charlie, my service advisor, took the time to show me the car, explained the feature and specifications and then introduced me to Bianca Presti. Bianca was a pleasure to deal with. She went over the purchase details, answered all my questions and made the entire process a fun experience. She went over every detail of the vehicle, answered all my questions and even helped me program some of the features. Charlie followed along every step of the way to assist if needed. I regret that I don't recall the name of the young lady who handled the title work, she was also a pleasure to work with. The entire process was quick, thorough and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Bianca, Charlie and the entire team at Crown Eurocars. They have earned my future business.
