We took our BMW in for repairs and had an issue with the extended warranty contract. Alex in the service department worked with us and Bert Smith management to get the problem resolved. So, when it was time to trade it in on a new one, we went back to Bert Smith BMW and received excellent help from our sales rep Dustin and form Iwona in finance.

Recently I was a getting a service for the recall.

Recently I was a getting a service for the recall. They provided the loaner car while the car was in the service. Service was quick and provided with a video that explains about my car. Excellent service.

My service advisor Mirnes is always pleasant to deal with. He explain well whats needed and what can wait to be done. I recommended this company to my friend and my sister in law and got their cars in the same dealership!
