We purchased our preowned Lexus RX350 at Lexus of Tampa and had an overall great experience. Our salesman Andrew was friendly and very helpful. The car is perfect and we feel confident that it will serve us well knowing that it was fully checked out by their service department before the sale and by reading the service history that was provided by Andrew. It was an easy and smooth transaction, highly recommended.

This was the first maintenance appointment for my new RX
This was the first maintenance appointment for my new RX 350h. The maintenance advisor who helped me told me my wait time would be around 90 minutes. The wait room facilities were very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to check my car in. Even though I was slightly early for my appointment, the maintenance team was ready to go! I was in and out in 82 minutes. All in all, my initial visit to the service department left a great first impression. Thanks!
