Bill Curry Ford Tampa Horrible
Tim the manager seems nice but the quality of work is horrible. An embarrassment to the Ford name. It took almost 2 months to repaint both bedsides only on my pick up?? Then they put one of the body moldings on UPSIDE DOWN ( it looks terrible). I would never recommend Bill Curry to anyone. THE WORST OVERALL EXPERIANCE EVER……. I would like to take truck to a reputable Ford dealer to be fixed right and Bill Curry Ford pay for it.

False pretenses
Contacted dealership and requested any additional fees above the asking price. Was told there was a $1,250 dealer fee plus tax, tag, and title. Asked for a quote on the vehicle and it came back $6,000 above the list price! Be very wary of this dealership as they will obviously tell you anything to get you in there and then jack the price with add ons.

Best customer service
Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. Bill Currie cares about their customers, it's not just lip service. Highly recommend them. Sales and service.

Not worth the time or hassel.
I have visited this dealership twice for service and twice I have been turned away for a previously scheduled appointment. I needed a 30 min ECU calibration flash update from Roush done. I scheduled it almost a entire week in advance. Gave them all the details of the Roush case number and what they needed to do. I drove 1.5 hrs the morning of my previously scheduled appointment to get there. I indicated in the appointment reservation I would be waiting. I received 3 notices about my upcoming appointment reminding me of the time and date. Not only did they have no idea why I was there but when I told them they said oh you cant wait we need to keep the car for 4 days. They had over a week to prepare for a 30 min appointment and they didn't even look at the schedule. This is strike 2 for me. They have lost a customer for life and they also lost a sale because my wife is looking for a really nice 50K+ truck. Ford has never been one to honor warranty work as with my 2014, 2016 and now 2021 they make it as difficult as possible to get warranty work done. However this ECU flash is not warranty work and Roush pays for al of it. Ya'll need to cut back on the 6 service managers you have an hire more techs. Also tell your service intake guy to stop calling everyone boss. No attention to detail. Bad customer service. No communication. Dirty facility.

My next car will not be a Ford
I thought it was just Elder Ford that had problems with their service center, but I have concluded that it is just an issue with all Ford service centers. I originally had an appt at Elder Ford in Aug but was called and asked to reschedule as they were backed up. Which is nothing new for this location as when I go in, I am there for a minimum of 4 hours even if its just an oil change. So, I changed my appt to a time in Sept, once again they called and asked if it could be changed. Really!?! So, I canceled and made an appt at Bill Currie lets give them a try. When I got there the gentleman who checked me in took me in to find me my advisor for the day. The advisor actually bickered about not taking me in front of me, saying they already had to many people. Took me to someone else they would say the same thing. So, the person I got was someone who wasn’t even at his desk, so he got stuck with me. The first guy who didn’t want me came over and started asking me questions about why I was there, and the guy that was at that desk finally came up and said oh good can you take her, I already have too many. Really felt like they wanted my business. Not! Anyway, I came there because my seat belt indicator was only working intermittently, and my central air circulation is always on but was getting outside smells constantly like gas fumes, and mowed grass. My appt was on a Friday and my advisor said the earliest they would be able to get to my car would be Tues or Weds if I wanted to bring it back then. I said I got this day off from work so I could bring it in, so I could not do that. He suggested they could come and pick up the car for me if I could not bring it in, I said then how am I supposed to get to work. He was like oh, so after a little bit they finally said they would go ahead and look at it then. I had an appointment! After about 2 and a half hours later he comes to me and says everything is normal. I can read the manual about the seat belt indicator, and the AC flaps open and close correctly, so nothing looks wrong with the AC. So, it is normal that the seat belt light doesn’t come on nor makes the beeping sound when someone doesn’t put on their seatbelt, so why did It do those things when I first got the vehicle. It is normal that my car must have all the outside smells when I have central circulation on. I felt like they didn’t want to deal with me as soon as I stepped into the building, and they just glanced at my vehicle and gave me some BS. I am really disappointed with the service from Ford, and I would suggest if you can take your vehicle anywhere else besides a Ford dealership then I would strongly advise you to do that.

Bill Currie Ford
I have never had such awful service trying to buy a truck from a dealer. I made a great offer ($50K ) on a truck. The Salesman, who couldn't stop saying he is the "low price king" did not want to discuss any negotiations and when I tried to contact someone else- no one would call me. However, online the website stated "Sales Event".
