Sales manager was terrible , the financial employee was terrible, they keep trying to pull a fast one, i told them i could do 700 a month that's with insurance of 183 month, they came back with 756 and said it's with insurance , then they said i couldn't take it till i got insurance, i said it will be 900 month, they both did it with insurance, at the 756 a month, the same thing happened to my girl friend 3 years so she left crying, because they got her to sign for it, they have a silver tongue, I'll make sure to never go there again and make sure any of my friends go there either, carlos sanchez my sales guy was great,

I checked in for my pre scheduled appointment. The gentleman up front went to find my salesman and never came back. 25 min later I was approached by a manager who asked if I needed help. He immediately got me to a salesman and the rest of the experience was great

Great experience with the salesman, a little disappointed about the undervaluing of my trade in, additional $3000 added to total cost for incidentals like fabric protection, theft protection, paint protection was not negotiable despite me refusing any additional services. Overall I love the Jeep but that seemed a bit shady.

Charging people $3000 for premium protection plus is a scam. It should be up to the customer if they want that. Absolutely ridiculous and nothing but greedy behavior

Nizar was an amazing salesman very knowledgeable about vehicles. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding different vehicles and made everything smooth as possible.
