I am very satisfied with Ed Morse Cadillac. Joseph Ortiz, Service Adviser, has always been very helpful, polite, and efficient over the the 4 yrs. I have been dealing with Ed Morse. I always feel confident that the mechanics servicing my Cadillac are very knowledgeable in their diagnosis.

I was greeted with a hello, told approximately when my car would be ready and spent time working on the Wi-Fi. Mike Beas informed me all was going well and that my car would be ready after it was washed.

Marty in service.....the best of the best. Plain & Simple
If your going to get your Cadillac service done anywhere in south FL, Delray Cadillac is a good option. Nice place, clean facility and overall classy dealership. I would know, I have worked at 3 dealerships in the past 5 years. The real MVP here is Marty Michaels in the service department. He will go to incredible extents to make sure you are taken care of, no matter what. If it wasnt for him I would not only be without a car, but most likely would have lost my job as well due to repetitive issues with my vehicle. My management team was getting tired of hearing the same excuse and I couldnt upgrade my vehicle due to other issues right now in my life and Marty saw my situation for what it was.....and I could tell he cared. Incredible service, hands down. Witnessing his level of customer service has made me realize how it really is supposed to be. I will always recomend my friends and family to Delray Cadillac and always recommend them to see Marty. If you need service, see this man. You will not regret it.

Excellent first impression with Cadillac brand
Very pleasant experience. Every team member I spoke to was professional, friendly and courteous. My purchase transaction was smooth and dealing with sales consultant Scott Ellis and finance manager Gil Ruiz was truly a pleasure. This is my first Cadillac after 30 years of owning BMW and Audi vehicles and my first impression was excellent. Highly recommend this dealership.
