Smooth transaction after doing some "homework"

Kevin Frankel (Sales), Anthony G (Finance) and Jeff (Internet contact) demonstrated how it takes a team to build a business. Jeff and Anthony put a sweet deal on the table to get me in, then made it a little sweeter to keep me there and Kevin brought it home. Great job all around. They knew what I wanted, and they made it happen. I am a very satisfied customer, and recommend them on your next purchase experience.

Happy Customer!

We had a wonderful experience at Grieco Mazda Delray. We worked with Kevin Frankel and he made the car shopping experience as easy as possible. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into making a deal that day. He believes in and appreciates the vehicles he represents. My boyfriend ended up leasing a car on the spot and I plan to come back soon and get a Mazda as well!

Wonderful Experience!

My husband and I purchased the 2011 Mercedes Benz SLK 300 Sunday 20 November 2016 from Grieco Mazda. We drove 3 hours south (200 miles!) from Mount Dora to Delray Beach to purchase this car. From the very first contact with Jeff over the phone on Monday 14 November 2016, the sales experience was an incredible breeze and an unbelievably wonderful experience. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly and even videoed a test drive of the car that he sent to us. Jeff had everything arranged and the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived Sunday. Kevin met us and took us through the purchase process with ease, expert knowledge and a wonderful personality. Herbert finished the deal up with expertise, amazing efficiency and a terrific sense of humor. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour and back on the rode for our 3 hour drive back north to Mount Dora. This was without a doubt the BEST experience we have EVER had in purchasing a car from a dealership and we have purchased many cars over the last 45 years. I would recommend Grieco Mazda to everyone! The dealership is very fortunate to have knowledgeable, personable and caring people like Jeff, Kevin and Herbert working for them! They went way above and beyond the normal to get us in, out and back on the road. Other dealerships should take notes on how you all do things, your efficient process and how your staff treats their customers!

Antonio was my Sales person for my new Mazda CX-5. He along with Herbert & the rest of the team were amazing! Antonio was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and willing work with me throughout the process. His follow up is impeccable and his professionalism is outstanding!!

A very satisfied customer

Great experience. We worked with Kevin Frankel and he was fantastic. All our questions were answered and he went over board to try and please. It is a fun place to purchase an automobile. Check out with all the paperwork was easy breezy with Anthony.

Satisfied customer

I reached to a family member to see if he could create magic as I wasn't happy with other dealers. Maurode went above and beyond. I spoke to him on a Wednesday night at 10:30pm and explained the situation and urgency. His response " we work with 40 lenders I'll get you approved with all your expectations." I must tell you, he called me back the following day, Thursday by 11:20 am and told he got me approved and to come pick up my car. Jaw dropped not only did I get the SUV buy at a much lower APR than the 2 previous dealers were giving me. Thank you Maurode and Grieco Mazda

My latest experience at Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach

I owned a CX5 before upgrading to 2016 CX9 Recently I went to Delray Mazda looking to upgrade my white 2013 CX5 and I met the new 2016 CX9. Yes it’s also white The price was great and I get the best deal on this car. With the 2016 CX9 choices are unlimited Great things that happened that day: 1. The trade-in values was great. A lot more than I was expected. 2. Customer loyalty discount 3. Free car-wash and other perks A few of the things I test and love about my CX9: 1. Color 2. New feature: Did you know the 2016 CX tells you when you are approaching a red light camera and tell you to reduce your speed? 3. Infotainment, voice command 4. Sport Mode 5. Driving experience 6. New feature: It’s tell you when you are going over the speed limit. So I advise you to always drive within the speed limit. My overall experience was great and I will recommend everyone who is looking for a car and great service Don’t forget to ask for Maurode Desrosiers aka MOE

Office administrator

I was shopping for either a used or new car. I had been phone shopping for about a week, I wanted to have an idea of prices as I did not want to spend an entire day at the dealer going back and fourth about prices. I went in with my boss as he was helping me pick out an economical car with all the requirements on my list. There was waste of our time no beating around the bush both our salesman John P and my finance personnel Albert F were on point. Honest straight answers and even delivered the vehicle to my work place. Talk about consierge treatment at its best. Love my car best experience ever. Perfessionalism at its best! Salesperson Kevin Frankel

I needed a new car and I had no time to waste. Kevin got me in the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and anticipated all my needs. He even figured out my favorite station and had it on when I pulled out of the Dealership. This is my second purchase from Greicko Mazda and would strongly recommend to all my friends and family.
