I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership.
I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. This is the first time I have experienced a problem with the service department. More troublesome the Service Manager and VP of Operations don't return phone calls or emails. I will never utilize their service department or purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Horrible communication.
Horrible communication. I had an appointment at 9am and 6 minutes before they called to tell me the tech wasn’t working that day and then when i call back Greg didn’t even answer. They are not professional and are a rip off. Girl at call center was the only positive. DO NOT USE THEM
