Warranty Service & James to the rescue!

Service Advisor, James Rubio, saved the day. Someone at the dealership changed my appointment day/time without explanation. When I arrived to pick up scheduled loaner & leave my vehicle for scheduled warranty repairs, there was no record of appointment. James to the rescue!

Super disrespectfull dealer Bought a S63 coupe and had worst treatment ever before buying it they dint even bother checking the car for missing pieces ended up having to fight with them to give me the pieces after months of purchase , the car leaves at the dealership / i wouldn't recommend unless you want to get your money stolen like i did

Great Experiance

I purchased My vehicle over the phone while I was In New York . My Sales Rep. Gigi was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and professional and responded quickly to my questions. We had the deal done in less than an hour. One other note is that Fabio in finance was also great. He made the closing of the sale pleasurable and was extremely professional.

This was the coup de grace de grace of one of the worst

This was the coup de grace de grace of one of the worst experiences of my life. First hurricane Ian destroys my 2018 forcing me to replace it with a 2022 vehicle not up to par with the 2018. Then the dealer takes full advantage of my situation and adds insult to injury with their incompetence - costing me hundreds more in finance charges and interest. I've only purchased Mercedes E Class as my vehicle since the mid-1990s. May never buy a Mercedes again.

Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale is the best. Mike who is my service advisor goes out of his way to take care of car when I need service. He is the best. I have owned Mercedes for 25 years.
