AO Service
1) Manny got me in and out fast with his usual pleasant demeanor. Even with a computer glitch, he remained calm and completed my transaction with ease. 2) The telephone receptionist needs some training on how to receive a call, greet the caller, and direct the caller to the proper party while remaining calm down. The receptionist does not match the ambience of the dealership.

Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale
I'd been searching for a low mileage Chevy SS when 1 of the colors I was interested in popped up on Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale's site. I dealt with both Carlos "Charlie", the salesperson and Mark, the sales manager, interchangeably throughout the process. Both were very helpful, both were very prompt in calling me back or providing the extra details to help me decide on purchasing the vehicle. The only negative to the whole buying process was the actual paying for the vehicle. The first snag was a 50/50 issue on the financial institutions side and since it was now into the weekend, it was going to be another 2 days before it would get resolved. However at the recommendation of the finance manager, I was told that I could still finance the vehicle and still pay it off for actual purchase value, before incurring any interest, as long as it was paid before the first payment was due. Wrong. I had checked into this prior because of the initial banking issue and was told that interest starts on the first day of the loan. However Randy the finance manager said whoever told me that was wrong. Since he'd been doing this for 20 years, I took Randy's side. Just 2 days after receiving the financing info from the bank (11 days after the purchase) I was charged just shy of $90 interest. First payment wasn't due for another 32 days. Trivial? Probably. But for me it falls back on principals... BTW Randy, no ill feelings. Just posting an honest review. Overall, I'm very happy with my new to me SS and very satisfied with the attention and respect that was given by the team at Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale and would recommend others to do business with them.

2009 E 350 Mercedes-Benz
Given a loaner while car was serviced for a quote on repair of faulty windshield ?squirts.?. When I returned the loaner car to pick up my car, the driver seat was all the way back, (I?m thinking for the mechanic to work on it,) but when I went to slide the seat forward to my driving position, it would not budge! Now, they tell me it broke, needs a $200 repair. I never had a problem with the seat adjustment. How come the mechanic could slide the seat extremely back and have it work? And then, suddenly, it wouldn?t work when I tried to return it to the normal position! Maybe a spring broke or sprung when the mechanic slid the seat back to the farthest position. I really don?t think I should have to be responsible for any part of this repair bill!!!!

Mark Bez (sales manager) and Seth Bellikoff (salesman) are probably the worst Mercedes Benz representatives we have dealt with. Rude, unprofessional, extremely poor customer service. Run
