The worst dealership in the United States, I do not
The worst dealership in the United States, I do not recommend it at all, very bad customer service, there is no professionalism in this place, the truth is that I do not recommend it. Mainly from the president of this place, Albert and another named Jose Apio. Both give very bad attention to customers

Great dealership to do business with. Fixing your car or even doing oil changes and recalls is going to be a great experience and Greta service.

Internet dept and sales dept need to be in sync at all
Internet dept and sales dept need to be in sync at all times to know if a vehicle has been delivered to the lot by the truck, or not. This way, someone won't waste their time driving there to look at a car that is not really there. For this dealer, In Transit probably means: Show us you're interested in a specific car on our site, put a down payment on it, and Then we will ship it to our lot. Their lot barely has places for customers to park to begin with, if at all. Customers should not be forced to take the LoJack, NSD protection and SKYLink GPS on a vehicle if they don't want it. I almost canceled the sale due to this. I also noticed Sergio in Finance looking at two different buyer's orders while I was in his office. One was $80 higher than the other. He picked the one for $80 more and didn't bother asking the sales dept why. I also noticed XXXX over top of original charges for fees and upsells, and $100 more added to them--four in total. At this point, I was done and let the extra $80 go. Yes, we only had so much time before the bank was going to close, and there would be no time left to get the draft that day. Fortunately, I really wanted this car, but paid extra for this stuff that I didn't want. I felt ripped off. Sales Manager Rene said if I didn't want the car, they'd have no problem selling it to someone else, and probably mark it up another $2000. Daniel had a bit of an attitude on the phone with me and said, "I have 6 other people calling in to look at this car!" I do understand that I had put $7000 down on it already even though it wasn't there yet. I was already paying $1630 over window sticker for the car due to high demand, low supply of the 2024 Chevy Trax. Miami Lakes Chevy also hit my credit report 3x--the dealership and two credit unions. No one followed up on my inquiry to begin a loan origination, even if the APR was too high. When I mentioned this to Finance Sergio, he didn't want to hear it. When I ended up doing my own loan application from Tropical Financial myself, they called me the next morning, after 12 hours, to begin working with me. That was a 4th hit to my credit report, which was fine, as long as I received a followup, and at that point, I knew I wouldn't get a 5th hit. I immediately let Daniel in sales know that I was working with a lender so that Rene could stop hitting my credit report. Daniel was helpful at times but seemed sneaky at other times. Daniel didn't ask me if I wanted to scan the QR code on his desk to rate the dealership 5 stars on Google--he pushed me to do it. He also asked me to come to the dealership to fill out this survey at his desk so he could say what he wants to say, on my behalf, and collect another $250 using his words, and not mine. I'd be more than happy to do that for Daniel if he wants to buy the car for me for $1630 over window sticker and the unwanted LoJack, NSD protection and SKYLink GPS upcharges. The customer should feel like they want to give a positive review, or a review at all in this case. No one should be pushing the customer. I had been pushed enough by Miami Lakes Chevrolet. Next time, I'll spend more time looking around even if I have to drive farther from home or wait longer, looking for the exact car that I'd like to buy from a less greedy dealer. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. This dealer also responded to a Google review, asking me for a response so they could work with me on my concerns. I have yet to hear back. Maybe the service dept gets better ratings as shown on this ratings site, but I won't be spending any more money at this dealer for anything.
