A lot of options and friendly staff
Great dealership with plenty of options! If the car you are looking for is not there or has already been sold, they will find a way to bring one from another near by dealership (or at least that's what they did with me). The sales person and financial agent were very friendly and helpful as well.

Reliable Service Experience
Needed new brakes for my car, did not have an appointment, and was going out of town the next day, showed up at the dealership for service and within 5hrs my car was ready. Thanks!

Excelent
I went in. Asked my for an oil change and checking of the liquid in my car(brake fluid, windshiled fluid, etc.) The rep told me it was time for me change the liquid for the transmision. Best thing ever. If he would not have told me. I simply would have forgotten and messed up the transmision of my car. In the long run, always better change the transmision oil. Also he gave me a list of things I need to check in my car. Very helpful.

Don't waste your time and gas
Was bated with online prices. Get there and it jumps up over 7 grand. Should be illegal and false advertising to some extent. Don't waste your gas good luck they are scammers. The car companies wonder why their cars aren't selling. Have a secret shopper check them out you'll see.

Car purchase experience
Today I purchased a Traverse after days of looking. I spoke with Amado Obret who was very professional. He answered all my questions and was instrumental in helping me secure a great price. After the documents were secured, he walked me through the features on the car. His professionalism and courtesy have impressed me and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal.

Worst online service...
I Contacted MLAM though their online assistant. Told them exactly what car I was interested in (new Jeep), with stock number and possible other cars they have in stock. Told them I wanted a clear lease, 36mo, 15K year, minimum down and my FICA is at near perfect (gave them my number). Asked to get back to me with the lease quote. Also told them I was flying out the next day and I could come that day anytime. I inquired at 8am. Day goes by, nothing. Next day Pierry Rossier BDC/Internet Advisor contacts me with a standard reply email as to when I want to come by to check out the car. I replied within a few hours that I needed to see the lease numbers before I would come by. Its a pure numbers decision. He does not reply but two days later replies again as to when I will come by. My reply again, him again and said its a question of what the numbers are. Gave him the details yet again for what I am looking for. He replies: I will work on it right away. That was Wednesday. It takes a few minutes for someone to get a lease quote ready. Plug a few numbers in the computer and you are good. Takes another minute or two to send it over in a quote. Well to date (4 days later) he has not gotten back to me. Clearly no interest in selling a car to me. They are looking to get their customers in the door so they can up-sell them like they used to in the old days before the internet. This is the second time this has happened. Same exact thing except last time they sent me a quote but for 10K/year and a higher down payment but on requests for a revised lease they went silent. Despite repeated attempts to get that revised quote from my side. Well, here you did not just lose a deal, you lost a customer for life.

Did no buy!
Adrian was very helpful , it was my fault for not. Checking for the tow package. I found everything I wanted in a tow vehicle! The would even help line up shipping to Texas. At the last minute I realized my mistake. I will keep watching for my tow vehicle.
