I found the Dealership and Service Department clean, organized and helpful. Now, I would have rated 5 stars but what I was not happy about was not being told there was shop costs and credit card transaction fee which raised the total cost. I was told I would not pay the fee if I pay with cash or check. Who carries 100s of dollars in cash and checks these days. Also I had to point out to the Service Rep on a Service Special and what it included. If I had not checked it on the Erdman site I would have lost out on included Wiper Blades.

Always have great service from these guys. So easy to make an online appointment and then drop the car off. These guys send a video update to show the status of your vehicle. Chris Pinzon is friendly, professional and easy going. He does a great job from start to finish.
