My husband, kids and I drove over 100 miles, on a Sunday, because of an ad on tv. When we got there Walter worked so hard to get us what we needed at the price we could afford. He was friendly and compassionate about our needs and affordability. The sales manager Gordon and Walter constantly asked if we needed anything as we waited for them to work their magic. Eric was excellent, helped us without being pushy. Some confusion in finance office, presented with documents to sign in strange order causing unnessessary confusion. We were very pleased with our overall experience! We bought a used car from this dealership from Freddie. He was a great salesman who was honest and not pushy. He was very respectful and friendly. Once we left and drove the car for a little bit we noticed a few things wrong with the car. We called them and they asked us to come in right away so they could fix it. While they fixed it they dropped me and my kids off at the mall and picked us up when it was ready, so we did not have to sit around and wait. Craig was very friendly and Jim (the shop's foreman), went out of his way to squeeze us in and accommodate us! They fixed the problems right away and quickly without any problems or questions and no fees included! They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied customers!
