Fair deal on recent trade
I had only stopped by to test drive the new JL. Salesman Kirk was friendly and helpful, with low pressure. Provided Kelly Blur Book value of trade in less new tires for my Trade. They found and transferred the car of interest quickly and closed the sale same day as well as founder a better interest rate than my bank offered me on a pre-approval. No issues on the sales process. So recent and past issues with the service department. For the 40k check up to keep warranty forever, service rep stated the fluids needed to be changed, but did not disclose they would change out $700 of every fluid (including hydraulic fluid powering the after market winch) in this 2013 wrangler, which likely was unnecessary considering the low mileage for age (and thus low wear and tear) of this vehicle. Minimal off-roading done. The service manager provided 6 free oil changes regarding my complaint. Additionally, few years back I had my Grand Cherokee in for service and it was kept overnight. I had delivered it with a full tank of gas. It was returned to me with a 1/4 tank of gas the next day and the fuel economy rating was exceptionally lower, leading me to conclude someone in procession of the keys drove the xxxx out of my car during this short period or time, or the gas was stolen and in their testing phase of service was driven much harder than I typically do. I did complain. In all I suppose the past was laid to rest upon the more recent sale as the sales manager said he could not change the past but would like to earn my business back and thus cut me a fair trade deal that was straightforward on my more recent purchase. Everyone involved in sales was friendly.

Kuddos to Jim Moiran and the Service Center Team
Boniface Hiers (BH) has been my service center for over 4 years. Jim and Ross always treat me with the utmost respect. They inform when necessary, advise when requested and unabashedly do what I ask. They have taken care of my 200C perfectly over the years performing standard or needed work; however, my last visit created a problem that concerned and confused me. I left a message over the weekend with the service center and immediately the next weekday Jim (the shop foreman) returned my call. Jim had examined the situation prior to his telephone call and was extremely apologetic. I did not have to explain my condition again since he prepared well in advance. Never did he question my concern nor did he belittle me for my naivety. All he did was solve the problem (and give me reassurance) that didn’t even require a trip to the dealership. BH's service center in Merritt Island, FL is above reproach. They not only service all my needs over the years, but also advise me when an upcoming item needs attention. They make personal calls and emails that informs me that there is a “sale” on that particular thing that I will need completed now or in the near future. I cannot recommend Jim, Ross and the Service Team at BH more for not only their knowledge and excellent workmanship; but also their customer service attitude and problem solving diligence. Good customer service. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE. Was told needed my vehicle for three hours completed In hour or so. Occomidated my schedule to get recall complete even after setting appointment had to change day again accommodated to my needs.. Nice experience will definitely return..

Restoring the operability of factory installed navigation.
Many thanks to the Service Department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram for correcting a problem with the factory navigation system in my 2014 Dodge Journey that developed during a routine recall service visit. The recall was successfully completed, but a quirk occurred resulting in the loss of some navigation functionality. When I spoke with the Service Manager, Mr. Ed O'Donnell, about the issue he was very understanding. He did some checking, and called to inform me that even though the issue was unrelated to the recall, they were going to correct the problem anyway. He lined me up with Jim Moran the Shop Foreman who personally handled this issue. Mr. Moran was good to work with, and he saw to it that the issue was resolved. This dealership went above and beyond. I am grateful for the service. A great experience.
