Wilson is an Extreame pleasure to work with.

Wilson is an Extreame pleasure to work with. Open communication. No nonsense. Made myself and my wife feel important and took away any worry of “passing the buck”. Had an issue with the roof on our new Bronco Raptor. Warranty took care of everything. Wilson was on top of it every step of the way. Awesome person, awesome dealership from sales to service. Don’t go anywhere else

OMG!

OMG!! Ryan has always been awesome. We made the mistake of going to another dealership south of us. What a mistake! Ryan was upfront, honest and we were able to get not only the Raptor we wanted, we didn’t feel like victims. Kelly Ford is awesome. Thank You

The dealership was good but what concerned us was all the

The dealership was good but what concerned us was all the added fees to the price of the vehicle with no explanation. Once we got to the final step the disclaimer stated it was profit added on. They should be upfront about that and not add it in later. That is deceiving and we won’t trust the salesman again.

As someone in the service industry I am very big on costumer service and the staff I interacted with at Kelly ford were all top tier. From Traci in the service department to David the salesman to Mike who helped me with the financial paperwork, I had a great experience and will highly recommend Kelly ford to all my friends and family. They all went above and beyond to help me out in getting my vehicle.
