Streamline process Jacob is a great listener wasted no time we together narrowed down the appropriate vehicle selection we chose prior to mtg w Jacob. Jacob sent us a video introducing himself and followed up by texts and calls to help. He is fantastic. Should be the Sales Rep trainer. His follow up after the sale was excellent as well. I will get him referrals and the dealership leadership team r very nice. Bryan our finance mgr was great to work w as well. Superstore job.

Bait and switch.
Bait and switch. Went in to buy a new Ford only sold me a used one. Have FICO of 750. Told me they financed it through BoA but then switched me to GM financial later. What I’m paying in interest interest could’ve gotten me into a new F150. For about the same payments.
