Both Dale's people were great Gus and Ty, but that horrible man in finance, have discouraged me from ever coming back or recommending this dealership to anyone.

Both salespersons were absolutely great, Gus and Ty.

Both salespersons were absolutely great, Gus and Ty. But that horrible and obnoxious man that works in finance, try his best to intimidate my daughter and myself, into purchasing extended warranty, by yelling with condescending statements about he stayed late and didn't see his wife all day. This statement was told to BBB and NAACP

Angel Ortiz made my car buying experience painless. He went out of his way to keep me informed about when my car will show up to the dealership. Went out of his way to assist me with financing issues I was having. Always returned a call or text. He was friendly, and always professional. I can’t say enough good things about him! The only issue I have with this dealership is that the

The only issue I have with this dealership is that the prices listed online is like a bait and switch. When you actually get to the dealership the price indicated on the lot does not match the one listed online. They did however have the car we were looking for and we were able to leave with it for around the price we were willing to pay for it. And although I wasn’t sure about our salesman at first ( based on a previous bad experience, at another dealership with a completely different person, earlier that day, as well as the discrepancy in online price vs what was told to us) he actually turned out to be great. Great personality, patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks Tye.
