I am very pleased with my service experience with this dealer. Felt like there was family taking care of my unexpected problem with my vehicle. Very profesional, welcoming and friendly staff. Sara Gibson has been my service advisor for years during the terms of 3 leases with Orlando Infiniti and she is amazing!! Caring, considerate and overall she enjoys helping others and it shows. Consistently, excellent customer service manners that I value so much. Thanks Sara and all the maintenance department staff. Another great experience that provides me with peace of mind.

Recently, (as in, within the past week), I took one of my daughters to this car dealership to look at a used car, her first. We paid Orlando Infiniti a first time visit. We found the business is kept clean and orderly. The vehicles on the lot are well maintained. The showrooms and customer areas are clean, comfortable and spacious. A very good presentation is achieved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We discovered that we were working with professionals who care about their reputations and providing great customer service. For instance, they remained past closing hours while my daughter and I examined a pre-owned car. Mr. G. Srbljan, the Sales Consultant, was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Mr. S. Graham, the Sales Manager, was forthright, honest and has a great sense of humor. His approach to negotiating a sale is stress-free. He made my daughter and her parents very comfortable in what is an otherwise high anxiety circumstance, buying a car. Purchasing a vehicle from this establishment was easy as from beginning to end, it felt like we were working with and not against the staff in trying to come to a mutually agreeable point of sale. I’ve been with Infiniti for 10 years and I moved to the Orlando area about 5 years ago and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This salesman has been the worst with his “it is what it is” type attitude towards the customer. This dealer doesn’t care whether they lose someone or not. They charge you crazy fees too. I don’t like to be played with and this place only does that. They forget to do services when you bring the car in, they never have decent availability for services, I got a nail once they were bothered to have to replace it (warranty), and so much more. Save yourself the headache.

While we value any and all feedback so we can consistently fine tune our customer experience, we feel it necessary to push back when deliberate attempts at slander are made of the stores integrity. I will answer each component of the review separately. Several calls were made over the past couple business days to cover these topics. Considering no successful contact was made, each point will be made in this review response. Your first comment of 'good luck getting an appointment for any kind of service' is misleading. We occasionally get booked up with appointments and, to deliver the best customized service, must keep the number of available appointment slots below a certain threshold. Currently, we have multiple slots open throughout the week to take care of both immediate and scheduled concerns for our customers. We always make an effort to accommodate every customer because we know that critical issues come up at the most inopportune times and must be handled expeditiously. With the issue of 'an insulting price to buyout the vehicle,' Zach is completely truthful in what he said. As an Infiniti franchise store, we get real-time data as to a customers lease buyout price straight from Infiniti Financial Services. We have a fiduciary responsibility to honor the exact price that IFS is providing. We are not allowed to mark-up or discount the price in any way. When Zach said we don't have any control over the price, we was 100% correct and you were not lied to during your visit. In no way were we trying to make you feel like your dollars aren't appreciated. We were being forthright with the price by honoring exactly what IFS requires us to present. I went through the prior service history but was unable to match up any service visit to a 4+ hour stay or the lack of completed services. All service visits that we have a record of indicate completed work done in a timely manner. Please reach out to me to share what information you have that differs from the recorded visits. The treatment I received was the best treatment I received from a service department. I believe the repair work they did was excellent, but I can't be 100% about that because there's a couple of things making noise... not sure what the cause is. Overall though, I had a great experience, the best I've ever had from a car dealership.

Always excellent service. I purchased FX35 in 2008 new and i have never missed a service appointment.. it has over 150 thou miles and i still own it. And is reason i purchased QX60 this year. 2008 is currently in service waitng for a part that is out of stock.
