Alexandria Gomez at Deland Kia is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. I recommend her to anyone who is buying or looking to buy a car. Alex always takes time to answer any questions I may have and provides me answers and all available options to them available from repair- replacement and or latest/ newest features and worst and best case scenarios. Im happy that I found Alex when I did because SHE is the reason I continue to stay with KIA and with the cars that I have purchased to this day with no regrets!! Thank you Alex for your amazing work- honesty and ability to make someone truly feel heard- cared about and valued !! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Josue Gomez at Deland Kia in the final process of purchase of vehicles and he was professional with an amazing personality. The amount of his knowledge was astounding and the way he executed the deliverance of information made you feel secure. He was patient and caring when it came to doings of cleaning out vehicles. From the moment I stepped in to trade my car for a Kia to this date, I am extremely happy with their service. Always professional and the communication is superb. I have always received great service from sales and service. I would not go anywhere else to by a vehicle. I was so happy that I brought my brother in and he did his trade at Kia and he is also super happy.

Alexander and Matt were great.
Alexander and Matt were great. They didn't have the exact model I wanted, but they located one at another dealership and had it brought to Deland for me to purchase. They were easy to work with over the phone as I was 90 min away. When I got to the dealership they had the car prepped and ready. Just had to finalize the paperwork. They also sat with me to go over a lot of the the features and how to use them. Very pleased with the process. Just sorry the dealership is far away that I won't be able to go there for service.

So far, thanks to the courteous and attentive service from Kimberly Smith's service department, it's been quick and pleasant. Last week, it only took 35 minutes to complete. People like Kimberly make the difference.

Had such a great experience at DeLand Kia!!! Roberto Casanova was an AMAZING salesman. He was super straight forward, very helpful, easy to communicate with, and overall so great in helping me trade in my old Mazda for a brand new Kia!!! If you've been having problems at other dealerships, please try DeLand Kia! We had so many issues with other dealerships not willing to negotiate, adding unnecessary fees, charging wayyyy over MSRP, etc. We are so glad we came to this Kia dealership because we were finally able to work with great people and get an awesome deal. And, when we did have a slight issue along the way, the manager John was absolutely amazing at recovering the situation and making sure we left happy. 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car

Roberto Casanova was fantastic! He assisted me with getting into a lease for a 2025 KIA K4. I told him what I wanted, he gave me options. He respected my time and I told him how much I wanted to pay and he made it happen for me. Best of all, in a world where time is so precious, I decided to do 90% of my transaction over texts and he was extremely responsive and very patient with me. He's an excellent salesperson and I'm very fortunate to have worked with him. Thank you, Roberto. Amir was excellent as well when it came down to signing all of the dreading paperwork. The docupad they have invested in is nothing short of amazing. Very impressive and useful. Thanks again Roberto Casanova and Amir Jacob. Loving my new car!
