Ridgeline to CR-V
Buying my Honda CR-V was easier than I thought it would be, and a lot of that is because Steven Andrews was so thorough and knowledgeable. It's very different from the Ridgeline I traded and loved, but I'm really enjoying the experience.

Removed Tires
Bought a 2008 Honda Civic Si in 2010. Should of had 3 years on service but every time I took it in for service they charged me. Also, a plastic piece that goes behind crankshaft pulley needed replaced after they replaced main oil seal. I thought they should replace it for free because they had damaged it replacing the main oil seal but they didn't see it that way. Also the day I went to pick up the car it didn't have the tires on it that it did when I gave them money. BUYER BEWARE!!! The Car Fax said the car was not in a accident however, when I toke car to Bellevue Honda they said the car was in one. That explains why they could not adjust the toe in on rear wheels. Now I believe the car was in a rear end accident. Paint peeling on rear trunk and around window. also paint all came off of passenger side, side view mirror.

Ray is great!
I visited the dealership several times while I was searching for a new car. Every time I worked with Ray one of the first things he did was ask what I was wanting to accomplish with the visit so he never tried to push a deal until he knew I was ready. He was very flexible with my indecisiveness between what size of car I was looking for as well as the different trim levels. Every time I came in he was able to answer all my questions and give me information about not only Hondas but the Toyotas I was also looking at. I did not end up buying here because I was looking for a trim and color combination that they didn't have in stock and I needed to make the deal before the end of the month. I know Ray would have gotten me a great deal if they had what I wanted in stock.

Horrible service
Horrible experience!! O'Daniel Honda service department does not care about you the car owner or your opinion - they only care about ripping you off and charging you for things you do not need. They DO NOT go above and beyond for you. There was a reason I did not purchase my car from here and now there is definitely a reason I will never return for service either.

Honda lease review
We have been O'Daniel Honda customers in the past -and find the service from start to finish still outstanding from our product specialist Peter Boll to the honesty and help from the finance manager who made us comfortable with doing a lease. We are always glad we came to O'Daniel Honda first -and would recommend them over any other Honda dealer!

I was very impressed by the knowledge that my salesman brought too the table.His name is Vini Braga.There was no pressure too purchase a car that I didn't want,I told him what I wanted,and what I didn't want,and he was completely fine with all that.The process was quick and painless.I would highly recommend O'Daniel Honda.Thank You Vini.

Excellent Salesman
I took a few days off from work to buy a car/small suv with a set budget. My last stop was at Odaniel Honda. I thought I wanted my next automobile to be a (used) BMW, Audi or Mercedes. After testing those I knew I had to stop at Odaniels, just to be certain. I was approached and greeted by multiple salespeople. I had searched previously online and asked for the guy from my online search. He was busy and I was greeted immediately by Pat Hale. I'm usually one to AVOID car salesmen. Pat was a great listener and he must have taken in all of my wants/needs I had verbally listed. Pat showed me only the cars I was interested in, and I for one appreciated that because he did no waste my time or his. After test driving I had made up my mind. I appreciate the fact that Pat asked me a couple of times if I wanted to think it over, but I didn't need to. Pat is a rare salesperson in today's customer service world. I felt as though Pat truly appreciated my business. A company with great Customer Service will keep me coming back and I will definitely tell everyone I know about a company like Odaniel Honda that has well trained employees. My 2016 Honda Accord looks and feels just right for me and my budget.

Service Department
Had a 7:15 appointment (not a walkin, but an appointment) for an oil change. I arrived promptly at 7:15 and at 8:45 I was still waiting for my vehicle. When I got up to go inquire about it, Mark, one of the service personnel smirked and stated that "these things take time." Really? An hour and a half for an oil change? He went to check on the car and came back and said they had found a small leak in one of the tires and was fixing it. So they couldn't come and communicate that with the customer? Very poor service! I will never go back to O'Daniel Honda again for service and highly recommend you go elsewhere for service as well!

👍 Got the best customer service and the best deal
Steven Andrews met us as we were getting out of our car. He was very respectful and friendly. He helped us as we weighed the differences between what the other brands offered and the Honda CR-V. It took us two weeks to do our study and finally purchase our Honda at O'Daniel Honda with Stephen. Great car. Great salesman. Great dealership.
