You hear the horror stories about dealers, how they take advantage of people and trick them even. My wife and I purchased a used truck from Mullinax Ford Apopka for my adult daughter a month ago. Everything was done via the internet and emails; and my main sales contact was Nick Lange. I'm a detail person so I peppered Nick with numerous detailed questions that most wouldn't. Once I had all the answers, we drove 3-hr to personally inspect and test drive. Unfortunately, on the day of our appointment, Nick had been called to the hospital to be with family member who was in critical condition. Nonetheless, he called us and arranged to have another salesperson guide us through the inspection and test drive process during which we learned much more about; and, upon returning we purchased the vehicle after a manager approved one small change. During this entire process that lasted for 3 wks from our initial inquiry, we got to know at least five Mullinax employees by name in addition to Nick who fielded 90% of our inquiries; and, all responded patiently and professionally.
