Mike Abitino and George Plourde actually made the process painless. They were more than fair from beginning to end. Avoid This Dealer at All Possible Cost
IF you are not a preferred customer the service appointment is just a placeholder at the end of the line. You must be able to accept “I don’t know” as a legitimate answer from the service manager or you will be shown the exit and unfortunately NO Repair for you! If you ask the general manager for a solution you get the added bonus of him walking you to your car. During this time he will: Laugh openly at your apparent lack of knowledge of the automotive industry Explain that his tenure in the industry allows him to be an incompetent manager Laugh openly as he brags about the number of customer cars in for service that his staff is to incompetent to actually service. Get in your face to the point of harassment. I actually had to tell this individual to back away. Twice. Save your dignity and avoid this place.

It is an awful experience after pandemic. I delivered to Park Ford Lincoln on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023 . It was been one week no one contacted me. I called 8 times, no one seemed to know anything about it. My vehicle is still under manufacture warranty. I was planning to trade in for another Lincoln. The service received from Park Ford Lincoln of Gainesville has changed my decision.
