Great service & free car wash!

great experience all around

The sales team led by Ash Ali were great. Could not have asked for better. We have previously leased several Audis at different dealerships, and this has been best. Great team. The showroom and facilities were spotlessly clean and the rest of the staff very pleasant and friendly.

Awesome experience!

Our experience was awesome at Audi DTLA. Erik Guzman our sales person went out of his way to accommodate us. 5 stars to him. Will definitely recommend friends and family just because of Erik.

Excellent Dealership

All of the employees were courteous and professional. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. I was especially happy with Erick's professionalism throughout my purchasing experience.

Needing improvment

Liked the sales and finance but I am still waiting for my payment information a month later. I would like a follow up phone call please.
