The entire staff at Sandy and Bubba Chevrolet were fantastic. From the initial call from my salesman Evan, to taking delivery, this was a pleasurable experience. The finance department was fast and very efficient! Took the time to get me the best deal. Evan did a fantastic job and found the perfect car for me. One of the most professional salesmen I have dealt with. He never pressured me, and was very personable. Also, getting to meet Bubba Watson was pretty cool! I highly recommend Milton Chevrolet!

Be skeptical it’s a car dealership.
Be careful with this dealership. It’s my fault for buying into the “1 owner and clean car fax” without having the car looked at. I bought this car September 2020 and started having problems a few months later. The biggest was after, the 2nd brand new tire I bought in a month, popped like the one before it. It was brought to my attention on the 2nd tire that the thing behind the tire was welded together and had sharp pieces either constantly rubbing or if I go over a bump hits the inside wall of the tire. When I bought this car there was another one just like it I mentioned I wanted to go look at but the sales lady, who I was comfortable with at that point, tells me the dealership that had the other car welds parts together. Sandy Sansing has a good reputation so I felt I could trust this dealership even though they sold used vehicles. But to find out the car I bought from them actually has welded parts was a huge disappointment. Lastly, I bought an extended warranty from them that was acceptable at all Sandy Sansing locations but took it to have it serviced at the Sandy Sansing on 29 in Pensacola and they didn’t even put the necessary fluids in my car. I trusted this place and the Sandy Sansing name but definitely regret doing so. They for sure saw me coming.

Promises not kept.This is probably the worst car buying...
Promises not kept. This is probably the worst car buying experience I have had in my lifetime. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado on 9/6/21 and the ad was very detailed on what the truck had. This was in the ad and not actually on the truck: 1) Keyless entry; locksmith to come out on 9/11 @ 12; no show Justin was to find out why no show; no contact from Justin after texting several times. 2) Remote start but no actual remote start 4) Bluetooth; advertised with no Bluetooth capability 5) Cruise control; but has no cruise control 6) No owner’s manual provided. Issues with vehicle itself on exterior and interior: Stencil on right rear fender www.mccloudservices.com Smell of cigar smoke still in vehicle even though they said they changed interior air filter and ran a smell through filtration system before leaving lot Melted goo under the passenger front floor mat discovered after cleaning 9/11/21. I guess what tipped the scales for me was that their promises even as small as it may seem, to provide a key fob.

Took my truck in for a safety recall. Staff was very friendly and professional. Do not remember the young ladies name. Very nice looking. Repair took only 75% of estimated time. Very satisfied.
