Customer service after purchase is horrible

Everything was great through the actual purchase. 48 hours after the purchase my jeep would not start. Yes its used, yes when signing the paperwork it says it's as is. However I have purchased many vehicles through the years and have never had this issue. I called and spoke to my salesman telling him exactly what's wrong and would they please fix it (mind you the part was less than $200). He said he would talk to his manager. He calls back the next day and tells me they didn't make money on my purchase and they would not fix my jeep. I even called and left a message with the manager. He never even called me back. So my jeep is beautiful but sitting in my driveway for a month now waiting for the part to arrive that I had to purchase on my own. Any good customer service would have fixed this simple thing. I'm extremely disappointed.

I purchased a pre owned car at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet

I purchased a pre owned car at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Milton and they sold me a car that has cracked moonroof without me realizing it's cracked until the next day my kid open the sunshade. There is no way they didn't know that has a cracked roof. I contacted the salesman and he was nice talking to the manager and said they will repair it and order the parts. Took them a while to get back if parts are already ordered. I had to keep complaining and even left manager a vm and he never returned my call. Then when they finally scheduled me for repair and I went there after almost a month of having the car because I am going on a road trip and scared it break and my kids seating back there I sat and waited 2 hrs and they told me it's done and I signed paper thinking it really was done and I get to my car buckled my kid and saw that the roof still cracked. I went back and complained again and they said Subaru sent them wrong parts and they never tell me it's not fixed instead told me my car was done. It as very poor on their parts, if I didn't check I wouldn't have known they never fix my roof. I asked for rental because I am nervous driving it but manager refused to give one. So I went on road trip because it is very important and can't miss important events with a cracked moonroof and still don't know when they will fix my car. I am not happy and will not recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Hi Mayinnelinclarke, our records indicate that we replaced your sunroof. We are unaware of the sunroof never being replaced as you say. Please reach out to our Customer Service department to discuss this issue further.

It was not replace it is still cracked, Like I said Sonya Stangeland had me signed paper work saying my moonroof is done so I signed it and when I get back to my car I saw it is not fixed I went back right away and told her it is not fixed and she told me she don't know she will ask why and she came back said Subaru sent wrong parts. I have pictures I sent to my salesman about my sunroof the next day I found it that it is broken and I can send you the sams picture of the sunroof I still have on my car right now that it is not fixed and I am about to call your dealership to fix it because sonya said when I came back from my vacation call her and see if she already have the right parts. You guys know you didn't fix my sunroof/moonroof and almost had me tricked that it's fixed at least I was glad I looked and see before I left the dealership on Oct 12,2023!
