This dealership is not professional. We bought a 2025 dealer test drive/loaner Q7 with 8k miles on it and it did not have a rear window wiper blade. Called our sales rep several times either no response. Finally called parts, I return call and then service, finally spoke to a manager who said they would put it on. And oh by the way, they didn't inspect it or change the oil before they sold it to us so we had to pay $300 for that. They ended up charging us for the wiper blade which we are now disputing but again not retuning phone calls. Sales rep was Yehor, very shady.
