Purchased vehicle in 2019.

Purchased vehicle in 2019. Not much good to say about dealership. Promises were not kept (loaner was not available as promised; service took up to 6 weeks for an oil change); vehicle problems were literally ignored; service was way overpriced; the stole my wheel lock and denied that they would ever touch it; after service I had problems - put back in line for 20 days out before they could look at it. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealer.

When buying my suv. The sales Mgr. Said and I quote "I can get a refund on the maintenance agreement and I've done it before and never had a problem". I traded a 2019 Q8 for a 2020 Q8 and was reluctant to get any of the maintenance agreements, which led to his comments. Now I know it was just a ploy to get me to buy another one ... bad business practice!!! I waited for a few weeks and called him and he didn't even remember it ... I had to remind him. Which reinforced my belief it was a sales strategy on his part. I have since sent several people to BMW, BECAUSE OF IT and my experience. I'm a firm believer of being honest and straight forward and obviously he wasn't... my bad, but it won't happen again! Until this experience, I was pleased with Audi of Charlotte. My suggestion is to seek financing somewhere else and not use their's as a matter of convenience. Definitely don't trust anything the finance meager says. Their loss!!!

I have bought Audi’s from other dealerships in the past...

I have bought Audi’s from other dealerships in the past and have been well treated. Audi Charlotte exceeded my previous encounters. My wife and I were warmly greeted on arrival. Max Montoya was our sales representative and he listened to our requests and found us the car we wanted. Every step of the sale Including the business office went smoothly with no pressure tactics. I heartily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi.

I bought a preowned BMW from Audi Charlotte. Rich Gouhin...

I bought a preowned BMW from Audi Charlotte. Rich Gouhin was my salesman, and he made it such a great buying experience. I found the cat on autotrader and contacted Audi Charlotte. After several emails, phone calls, and texts... I was satisfied with the car I wanted to purchase. I flew up to Charlotte. Rich arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport, too! The BMW was even better in person. Audi Charlotte fully hugged and waxed it too. A couple hours later, i was on my way home.....ha.... A 600 mile test drive! The car drove beautifully and i can't be happier. Thank you Rich Gouhin and the Audi Charlotte team. I highly recommend them. - Andrew

customer focused

the service department earned my respect with taking care of my daughter's car (bought at another dealer). when it was time for e to purchase another car, i was glad to give the dealership the opportunity. Once again, they took care of my needs and i am a fan great job all around

Great Experience!

Both Peppi and Daniel were so helpful in making this process so easy to complete. It was seamless and efficient and I was in my Q5 in no time at all. Jeannette was also very helpful in getting me all set for the road! I have wanted an Audi for some time and didn't think I could do this at this time and I was surprised that I could!! This is my dealership forever! Thanks for a great experience!

Good experience

I found the Q5 that my daughter wanted online, called and got Daniel Stevens on the phone. I agreed to a price then drove up and picked it up.
