I have been a loyal Audi Charlotte customer for years,

I have been a loyal Audi Charlotte customer for years, having purchased two new Audis and servicing them exclusively here. Six years ago, I even gave them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, this dealership has now lost my business for life. My 2020 Audi Q7 sat immobilized in their service bay for nearly six months due to an engine failure. I purchased platinum warranty coverage through Audi Charlotte, but when the engine failed, I was told I would still owe thousands out-of-pocket — the exact opposite of what I was promised when I bought the coverage. The service advisor, finance manager, and sales staff I worked with were professional, helpful, and apologetic. They clearly tried to assist me. The real breakdown was at the leadership level. Senior management mishandled this situation from beginning to end. Promises were not kept, options I was told would be prepared were not, and when I finalized discussions at the store, leadership did not even extend the courtesy of a handshake or an apology. Instead, the complete opposite of what should have happened occurred. After endless delays and conflicting information, management’s “solution” was to move me into a non-Audi vehicle — essentially dismissing my brand loyalty entirely. In the end, I paid more than I should have just to end the ordeal and walk away. All senior management had to do was step up, treat me like the valuable customer I was, and stand behind the product and warranty they sold me. This experience did not have to end this way. With the right leadership involvement, Audi Charlotte could have earned my trust and business back. Instead, they lost a loyal customer and future business because of poor management and a warranty that was not honored when I needed it most.

I do apologize for the time it took Fidelity Warranty to authorize a new motor for your 2020 Q7 as well as any miscommunication on our part explaining that situation. I feel this is most likely due to the mileage on your Q7 being well over 100,000 and the limited availability of a replacement motor. It pains me to hear that you are not happy with the level of service we provided offering an alternative solution as a 2 year newer vehicle with 60,000 less miles for a small difference. I felt we went the extra mile at the end and do apologize that you do not feel the same. I felt sure when you shook my hand that night, and your daughter looked happy with the car, that we were in agreement. Thank you Jeff, I appreciate the response. To Clarify, what happened was I wrote a check to walk away from a situation that was mismanaged by Audi Charlotte for 6 months. The fact remains that Audi Charlotte sold us a Platinum Coverage warranty, that we were within the time and mileage limits of, failed to honor the warranty and Audi Charlotte failed to stand up for your Clients to make it right. I appreciate you framing it so it looks like a good deal and my daughter was happy. What actually happened was I went from a fully loaded Q7 with just over a 100k miles into a BMW X3 ( lower miles or not) which is not nearly the same class of car I purchased. What also happened was the the car that was supposed to be detailed and ready to go for a smooth transition was still sitting in the parking lot and required us to wait 3 hours while our sales rep helped other support staff furiously detail the car so we could be out of there. The scratch that was supposed to have been handled, was also still there that required us to come back, because again, the ball was dropped. What also happened was that after 3 hours of waiting you didn't have the decency to come over shake my hand and say anything as an attempt to make the situation right. I spent close to $150,000 in one year in your dealership, bought every warranty you offered, exclusively serviced both my vehicles at Audi Charlotte for the last 5 years, and the thanks was, here's a BMW X3.

This dealership is not professional. We bought a 2025 dealer test drive/loaner Q7 with 8k miles on it and it did not have a rear window wiper blade. Called our sales rep several times either no response. Finally called parts, I return call and then service, finally spoke to a manager who said they would put it on. And oh by the way, they didn't inspect it or change the oil before they sold it to us so we had to pay $300 for that. They ended up charging us for the wiper blade which we are now disputing but again not retuning phone calls. Sales rep was Yehor, very shady.

Recently, I was in market for a car as a first-time car buyer. Audi Charlotte went above and beyond to help me get approved for a car in my price range that I wanted. They had everything in place to make sure I walked away happy! The GM of this store made it happen… And I am beyond grateful!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received regarding my Audi Q7, which recently experienced an electrical malfunction. I trusted Audi for its reputation of quality and premium service, but my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. My Audi Q7 was towed by Audi Road Assistance to Audi Charlotte due to an Electrical Malfunction that completely stopped the vehicle. However, I was informed that it would take three weeks just to review the vehicle because the dealership does not have sufficient staff to handle the workload. This delay is both unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly for a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer care. Is most incredible thing is that the Service Manager said regarding the 3 weeks “you can go ahead and came and pick it up” knowing that the car does not work. A delay of this magnitude not only leaves me without reliable transportation but also undermines my confidence in Audi’s ability to support its customers. I respectfully request that Audi USA intervene to expedite the review and repair process for my vehicle. Additionally, I believe it would be appropriate to address the staffing issue at Audi Charlotte to prevent such delays from impacting other customers in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Brandon!

We had an excellent experience with Brandon! He went above and beyond to help us. We just moved to NC from OH! There was an issue with insurance and our new NC State Farm agent didn't reply to any of our messages. Brandon was able to secure insurance through another source and got us into our new vehicle. In my opinion, this dealership needs more employees in the finance dept.

Short and sweet my experience this dealership was very unpleasant. My sales person was outstanding he went far beyond to get me to purchase this vehicle. But after obtaining the funds no more than two hours later with the bill of sale and the money in hand he sold the car to another person. Very unprofessional i'll never go back to this Audi of dealership again in my life..
