Pete Moore Imports

Not sure how I feel. We didn't even make it out of Pensacola before the truck started overheating. We had to have it towed back to the dealership. We find out that the water pump has to be replaced, then I get a call this past Friday that it started overheating again & now the headgaskets have to be replaced, so now it's going to be another 2 weeks before we get the truck.

In this day and age it’s nice to know some things never change. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Lawrence Fitzpatrik, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the purchase transaction. He gained my trust with his sincerity and easy-going manner. His in-depth knowledge of the car's systems was spot on as he answered all my questions swiftly with ease. The only issue I had with the transaction was the low-balling of my trade-in by $2500, according to reputable sources such as Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book (hence the 4-star rating).

I live an hour away from the dealership, so all my interactions were over the phone. I owned a 2023 Tiguan R-line but was interested in the new 2025.
