I would like to give an "Outstanding"...

I would like to give an "Outstanding" evaluation to Jim Burrows for his help with both my "2006" and "2012" Honda Civics. I was in yesterday for service on the "2006" and Jim always looks to see what we should do for my cars. He never tries to "sell" me something I don't need, and when he tells me about something I do need, he always explains why we need to this. I trust his judgment implicitly. He has treated both myself and my wife Anne with genuine kindness and concern throughout our relationship with Hendrick Honda in Charlotte. The very fact that we drive all the way in from Kannapolis so that Jim can oversee the service to our two Hondas should be a strong testament to our trust in him. For there are several dealerships MUCH closer to Kannapolis than your dealership on South Blvd. You are very fortunate to have such a fine person as Jim in your employ. Guard him well! Customer service was great! Umberto Spinillc was very...

Customer service was great! Umberto Spinillc was very friendly, knowledgable and not pushy! He didn't seem desperate for a sale and wasn't all up in my face yo...haha! I have seriously walked away from sales people like that. When I decided to buy my Honda Civic, Umberto gave me a tour of Hendrick Honda, showed me where my car would be serviced and what to expect. I was very impressed with the order in which my Honda and I would be taken care of. Thank you again Umberto!

Had an excellent experience with the professional staff...

Had an excellent experience with the professional staff at Hendrick Honda. Salesman Ned Hindi went out of his way to get my questions answered. My interest was in a non-Honda product and he was straight up in acknowledging his limited familiarity with it. Rather than second-guessing, he suggested I drive the vehicle with him over to that particular dealership in Charlotte in order to get the answers I was seeking. Kudos!! Customer satisfaction was priority one.

Butch Walters was excellent from start to finish in our purchase. We could not be happier with our treatment or the automobile! Butch listened to what we wanted, found the car, and had the automobile completely ready for us. Vickie Athey is the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new Honda. She explained everything in detail, showed hands on as well in the car to make sure I understood each and every function down to installing info. on blue tooth since that feature was new to me. Great experience

High Quality Service

This is the 7th time I have had service at the Hendrick Honda Collision Center. The quality of the work is excellent. The repairs have been flawless each time. Repair time is quick and the staff is wonderful to deal with. I have dealt with Justin Bowers specifically each time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Each time I have come in it has been under less than desirable conditions, but I always leave feeling better than when I came in. This is a testament to Justin's attention to my concerns. He has always been available to me when needed and very responsive. I go nowhere else for my body shop work.

Jeffry Smith illustrated and thoroughly explained work needed on my Odyssey. He showed me on the car itself as well as with a physical model of the parts involved

Quick Turn Around

Although my vehicle is an Acura not a Honda from the same family of dealerships, I was treated as a valued customer. The car was ready in less than two hours. I will be back! John Miller was very professional and thorough.
